My little guy turned 6 and for his birthday we ordered this. He loved getting a package delivered to him. He was excited to set-up his own ant farm and watches the ants with facination. He drags the neighborhood kids (and anyone who is willing) in to look at his ants! When he comes home from school he goes right to the ants to see what new tunnels they have made. One afternoon he excitedly drug me over to it to show me the 'round-about' the ants had made. "Just like the one near our home" he said.

Considering the price of these resonators, they are a great buy! They are color-coded, just as in the picture, and the sound is awesome (somewhat reminiscent of a soprano metallophone). I am a music therapist, and have used various sets of these throughout my undergrad career and my internship (and now, in my private practice). Every kid I've placed these in front of loves them!

It is a basic C scale, going through to the octave.

I was pretty happy with the chimes but when I opened the case the plastic guides were mostly cracked (bits of plastic were all over the case). I emailed the seller but haven't received a reply and it's been weeks. Overall the chimes are great and I use them without the case so I'm happy. But I'd be happier if the plastic wasn't broken into 20 pieces and I feel that the seller needs to reply to a message about a broken product it's a shame that they didn't care :-(

My grandchildren and children at Church love the resonator bells. They have a nice ringing tone that carries into a crowd without being disruptive. They have enough tones--the octave, to make them suitable for playing an ostinato, other simple accompaniment, a simple melody, and generally being fun. I love that I can take out just the ones needed for a song. They seem durable enough to last, with care taken to put them back into the case--the trickiest part. They're just what I need at a price I can afford!

I got this to use with the paperjamz guitar for my five year old...the strap works well. I wasn't impressed with the guitar but I thought the strap was well made. Two kids (3 and 5) really like to see where the family travels and appreciate the globe vs google maps, which doesn't convey the shape of the earth, solor system concepts, etc., nearly as well. Works well as an intersting mood lighting piece but the bulb didn't last that long. Overall a great purchase.

I purchased this when the price was $95. The "die cast meridian" is plastic and the stand looked like particle board with printed wood finish fixed to it. Globe only spins of you hold the base and rotate globe. I must have been paying a lot for the illuminated feature, because this globe felt an awful lot like a $40 globe. Returned it and bought the hexhedra by Replogle.

Regardless of which one you choose, this is great for starting kids out on "music" by teaching small ears that there are other sounds to be made than just banging on the wall.

picked this set up for a friends 4 yo son who has been almost obsessive drumming anything and everything. the key was he has a good beat. so, here comes xmas and why not. he loves them i was the hit for xmas. now you do need to put them together don't expect to see the photo out of the box but they were pretty easy to assemble. directions are just adequate, however my buddy and i got it together in about 20 minutes and his son was on the seat banging away. he sounded pretty good too.

highly recommend for anyone who's youngster (boy or girl) shows an interest in the drums. let your kids play what they are interested in and they may continue with the instrument.

The price is perfect if they should change directions on what or if they want to play..

Anatex wall products very well made. Strong.

I have a busy office and kids here are Very Active. It has not broke yet. Many use this as a "ladder" to get onto the table. The wire bent, but did not break yet.

I mounted the unit into the wall stud for strength. I used my own mounting hardware.

My baby is 8 months old and this toy is aimed for 12+ ... Why i thought this toy will be amazing was my baby is fascinated with tags and cords. I thought I could remove the wheel and she will have a blast. Well.. she can differanciate between real tag and a toy one. She picked it up , played with the actual tag and tossed it. Quality of the toy is great. It is non toxic, bautifully made. The con is its very small. Something little bit larger will be more fun when she is ready for pull toys. The detail is so sweet and the wobble while pulling is great. Being fabric it could get dirty when taken outside but you can wash it and I am sure It will hold up. It is a heirloom quality toy. This particular will be returned however I will purchase more of wonderworld toys for quality and non toxic, safe factor.

even though this is the first review for the product it is my second elenco product review. i bought this to spend time with my father and build my first working robot from just components to a functioning product. i am a quick study and i follow the directions they give me. i am confident i will build this as i figured out how i like to solder on the elenco fm radio i did. this was also reasonably priced as well for an electric kit.
