My 10 year old daughter saved up her allowance money to buy this guitar. The picture Amazon are showing is not the same style as the current guitar being sold. The current guitar is a normal dreadnaught cutaway shape. This picture is very misleading and Amazon are actually mis representing the item by showing it.

This is better than what I expected. The smaller size and the thin neck is perfect for a woman's hands. On regular size guitars it is really hard to hit certain cords. It is well built and durable. Only problem is that the description indicates that it comes with a gig bag. Well it doesn't, so buy one seperatly. It is beautiful and worth the price.

This is a very pretty guitar that sounds good and is the perfect size for small hands. The 3/4 scale makes it highly portable and easy to store. As mentioned by others, the item did not include a gig bag as advertised at the time of my purchase. I knew this going in, so it was not much of a surprise. I was surprised however to discover that the item received is not quite the same as what is shown in the product image.

The lines of the guitar I received are less stylized than what is shown. The curves are not as curvy and the cutaway not as pointy. I looked at the Daisy Rock website and couldn't find any guitars in the WildWood collection that look quite like the product image on Amazon. I can only conclude that Daisy Rock has updated the design but Amazon has not gotten around to updating the product image.

I still really like the guitar that I received but would say that anyone thinking of buying this item should first check out the Daisy Rock website so you can get an accurate idea of what you will receive and then make your decision accordingly.

It is a good solid product, but taking the pieces apart once a model is made can be difficult. Some of the holes fit tighter than others. If this is for elementary school kids, they may have a tough time pulling it apart.

kinda hard to put together. But once together its very cute. My 2 and 4 year old sons love it. The screws have to be tightened back frequently and the foot cymbals cant be used because they took it apart and we cant find the pieces that go back to it. But they love it!

I just bought this as a birthday present for my just-turned-4-year-old and he *loves* it. It's designed to be used at various levels -you can select color-coded cards depending on what your child already knows: to the hour, half-hour, etc. He can play it on his own and self-check by comparing the time he set on his clock to the one on the card. We haven't yet played by the official rules with keeping score, but we have a lot of fun with it. It's very durable and I expect it to last so I can use it with his little sister when the time comes!

I have been searching for a way to teach my 4 year old how to tell time and this one has worked the best. Here is how the game works:

There are 4 large clocks in different designs so that up to 4 players can join. There is a stack of playing card which are color coded. One side of the card shows the time on a digital clock and the time is also spelled out in words. The player selects a card and then sets the specified time his or her large analog clock. Once finished, the selected card is turned over and the correct setting for the listed time on the analog clock is shown. Players get points for correct responses.

The time cards are color coded so that you can select to only use cards with specified difficulty. For example, the red cards show only time on the hour (8:00, 9:00 etc.) This way you can change to more difficult levels as your child gets better. Once you master on the hour you can progress to the half hour and 5 minute cards. Seems to work well as a teaching tool. It includes a pad for keeping score.

Only issue I could see is that the clock boards are made of cardboard. The clock arms are connected to the clock faces with a rivet. They might bend or wear out with rough play. I have not had an issue yet but have only had mine two weeks and a plastic practice clock can easily fill in.

My four-year-old son has shown an interest in learning how to tell time for a while. We tried different things, but anything past the o'clocks confused him. So we bought this game -and I'm so glad we did! Like all Eeboo products, it's high-quality, colorful, and a pleasure to look at and touch. The four different clocks (for four players) are all different kinds -grandfather, alarm, pocket watch, and cuckoo. They're all beautiful. The best thing about the game is that it's leveled -we reviewed the o'clocks, then added the half-pasts. He caught on very quickly and was very proud. I highly recommend this game to anyone learning to tell time -in fact, I think I'll buy another one for my brother-in-law, who's always had trouble with analogs!

These are fast becoming very well used in our house. I had purchased them to help my youngest daughters to work on their spatial recognition skills, but all my children and even my husband will spend HOURS putting the pattern block on the cards or using the cards as a guide and trying to build the picture on the table next to it. These have definitely been well worth the money spent. I would/will wholeheartedly recommend these to any one! {Actually came home the other night and my 14 and 18 year old nephews who were babysitting form me had been playing with them after my kiddos had gone to bed...I don't think they intended me to know about that ;)}

We looked at a lot of "marble towers" and decided on this one because it does not have any annoying electronic music or lights to over stimulate my daughter. We read reviews and talked to other parents before we purchased this product. Other brands of similar products have problems with the tower coming apart. This one has the tower firmly attached and it has not come apart despite a rambunctious toddler pulling on it. My daughter loves the little penguin that goes down the spiral ramp. It's a great cause-and -effect toy and a fine motor skills toy. We love that it doesn't take batteries and is all "kid powered!"

I was so happy to see this toy on Amazon. I have a child with developmental disabilities and this is something I've seen in her therapy catalogs. It is always priced much higher in them. So, I was thrilled to see it here, with of course a good price and fast shipping (lower than all the therapy stores too!). This toy is great for any child--typically developing or not. I do like this toy. No Batteries which is great and fun activities which my one year old is really enjoying. However it is made of fairly brittle plastic and he has managed to crack the main tube for the frog to go down. It isn't so bad that I feel I must take it away but has made me keep a more watchful eye on him. He also has managed to take several sections of the spiral apart, initially by leaning on them too heavily and once he realised it came apart pulling it deliberately. Only the frog goes down the inner tube and it makes a small sound...nothing too noisy that is until my little guy puts it in his mouth and breathes through it when it gets louder and more annoying. My little guy finds this toy immense fun, but it could be improved.

My 1 year old loves this toy. She loves putting the penguin and balls down the slide. However, her favorite part of the toy is the squeaking frog. But the problem is that the little button that releases the frog is REALLY hard to push. We had a 3 year old over tonight and she had a hard time pushing it too. So it is a great toy but it doesn't really lend itself to independent play if your child likes the frog.

We decided on this ball toy because A) our son LOVES balls, B) it didn't require batteries, and C) it doesn't make noise. (We have enough toys that make noise, thank you very much.)

The first thing I noticed is that the item we received was a bit different color-wise. Of course this doesn't hamper the use of the product at all, but just know that it might not look exactly like the picture. The ramp is not all yellow--it's half yellow and half orange. Me being the anal person that I am, it bothered me a bit because the bottommost piece is yellow and the topmost piece is yellow, so I couldn't make the top or bottom half all yellow. Oh well, I'll get over it.

I usually leave construction to hubby since I suck at it, but this was really very easy to snap together--pieces can only go in one place and there were only 11 pieces to put together, 10 of which were tower pieces.

This toy is rated for 18 months and up, but my 14-month old son enjoys it. (And we've always been told to get toys just a bit advanced for his age.) He's only been playing with a few days, but within the first 10 minutes he understood how to press the button to get the frog out, and within 20 minutes he knew how to put the frog in the top. We're still working on getting the balls onto the track, although he loves to set them on the top of the tube. I also like how the balls are shaped JUST differently enough that they each go into their respective columns at the end of the run.

So overall, we really like this toy, but:

1) I do wish it came with more than two balls, one penguin, and one frog. We do have other balls in the toybox that we can use, but they're just not quite the same.

2) It would be great if the frog also went down the track AND if the balls could go down the tube (my son is constantly putting them up there--but then, he also loves stacking).

3) My son (14 months) has no problems pushing the button to get the frog out, so for those that had trouble, maybe you just got a stickier version or maybe the kids just aren't strong enough?!

4) If you have a chewer, be prepared for the paint to come off the penguin beak pretty quickly. Yes, I speak from experience. :)

5) Beware that the penguin can get stuck under the frog door (your toddler will surely shove it in there) and it will take your futzing to get it out.

So, a solid four stars...and we're glad we got it.

To be honest I haven't taken the Mini Telecaster out of the package yet and won't until I am ready to put it in with the rest of the assembled gift. It is absolutely awesome looking though. The stand, picks and strap are all as well defined as the guitar, it's amazing. I almost expect little people to pop out and be able to actually play this thing. Hopefully if they do a jam session it'll be some really good classic country music.
