After buying this product we were dissatisfied as the screen protector peeled of easily, and the gel skin was very loose, and bothered our child so it wound up in a drawer. Junk! If your going to buy a protective skin for the leap pad then get a harder one from the website or Walmart. More expensive but it will still stay on the leap pad instead of in a drawer.

this is not a very think protective cover, it does making gripping easier which a plus, but if my daughter droped her leap pad I wouldn't be surprised if it was damaged chipped or broken with this case

Cheap Brilliant Minds Montessori Bead Stair

Buy Learning Resources Answer Buzzers - Set of 4
Not as big as the pictures make them appear. I purchased these to use in classroom debates/competitions...I'm wishing there was a fifth and/or sixth button, because my classes are slightly too big for only 4 groups. But the sounds are very cute, pretty loud, and all very different -so it will be easy to tell which group "buzzed in" first. :-)
I think my middle school students will enjoy using these. I think they're worth more like $15.00 than $24.00 with shipping...you can probably find them in teachers' stores -look around :)

I was excited to get these, because I had been using the metal "front desk" bells which sound the same. As a teacher who has to buy her own supplies, I was thrilled with the inexpensive price. I should have remembered the old adage, "You get what you pay for." I used them for the first time yesterday. After my second class, the blue buzzer broke. I tried to fix it, but could not. AND ... unlike the first reviewer, I thought the sounds were too similar, particularly in a class of 30, it was hard to hear the buzzers or tell which one was hit first. I am very happy with this product. I am using it for my dog though. With potty training he was afraid of the recommended bell but he loves these buzzers. He learned what to do in 5 minutes. I placed one of them by the door and I think because of the bright color he was attracted right away. After he hit it the first time with his paw, and I clapped and told him how clever he was, he figured out he got to go outside when he hit it. Of course a lot of the time it is not to potty but now if I don't respond right away, he hits it again and then turns to look at me or comes and gets me if I am not right there. I have pushed the 1 button it says to push... It has very vague instructions ... I purchased it because I really wanted it to roll back "return" so personally I am disappointed. As just a ball with a penguin it is fine. It rolls straight because of the ridges. It's a very cute ball ... But just does not fit the title. Reviews of Community Jingo
Well-conceived game to use with those who are learning English. I like the simple pictures that represent the community location that is named, as well as the clues that can be given so that students have to come up with the word on their own and locate it on the board.
It would have been nice if the cards had been made of a little thicker card stock, or better yet, laminated, and if there had been markers that came with the game. I have to borrow markers from other games to play this.
I have "verb" jingo, also, and it is equally a good teaching tool.

Best LeapFrog Leapster Explorer Learning Game: Star Wars Jedi Reading Deals
My 5 year old star wars fan received this with his Leapster Explorer for Christmas. He absolutely loves this game! He loves collecting the tie-fighters to go on the missions. This is his favorite explorer game by far. I like the variety of games, and each game has three levels for each age group-so it should take him a while to beat it. Thanks Leap Frog!

I got this game for my 5 year old son. He likes it, loves shooting things and trying to spell words. However, the game froze his leapster within 10 minutes of playing. I had to take the batteries out to get his game working again. It froze his leaptser again a few days later. I can also hear the game "catching" while he's playing it. Reviews of 9440 Breadboard-Prototype Design Aid
For starters, I'm not really sure why Amazon has classified this as a toy, this is a regular breadboard as any electrical engineer or student will be very familiar with.
As far as the item itself, it seems well constructed, although you've got to attach the terminals and the rubber feet yourself, which is a bit fidgety but not a big deal. The base is made of thin aluminum, seems like the aircraft-type stuff. Although there is some flex if you put a good bit of force on the board, it is stiff enough that you'll never notice it while inserting wires and leads into the holes. A benefit of the aluminum base is that it makes the overall weight of the breadboard much lighter than similar units from other manufacturers that I own.
I can also report success with the breadboard itself, having already constructed a few circuits on it. The tie points firmly grab wires and component leads and have offered no nasty surprises.
Overall an excellent product. In fact, I've already ordered another one.

Best Wonderworld Flower Stacker Deals
Our grandson enjoys playing with the quality toy. It is well made and feels good to touch nice wood. We take it to restaurants and we all play with it. He is 2 years old, but I think he'll be using it for several more years. Great for hand eye coordination.

Buy Maxim Everearth Junior Racer
I purchased this product for my grandson. He enjoys it very much as does the adults helping him with it. I would advise that the tiny cars are too small for younger toddlers. This toy should be used by children 3 and up. Since it is colorful,I am able to talk about the colors with my grandson. We also count the cars when they go on and come off the ramp. Overall, it is a good buy for the money I spent. However, I purchased it on sale for $9.99. I don't reccomend spending any more than that for this gift.
Another poster complained that the track and vehicles were smaller than she thought, and that that was disappointing. I actually bought this because it is scaled a bit smaller than other similar tracks. We live in a condo and I try to keep the big huge toys to a minimum, so for us the size is perfect! Fits nicely on a shelf or in a cubby, and looks cute too -not an obnoxious plastic monstrosity, or garishly painted.

Aside from that safety concern, I'm a bit disappointed. As mentioned by other users, the cars can flip incorrectly, turning sideways and jamming the track or sometimes just flying off the ramp. It kind of defeats the purpose as there's no real way to control the speed or accuracy of the cars. When they do go correctly, they go so fast that it's kind of anticlimactic for even my 3.5 year old.
Ways this toy could be made AWESOME:
1) wider cars that are more fitted to the width of the track so they aren't as prone to go sideways AND/OR
2) heavier cars would be more likely to stay on the track and maximize the fun of watching them go down the ramp and flipping at each end.
3) It would be scientific, perhaps to weight the four cars differently so kids could compare the way differently weighted cars went down the ramp.
On the pro-side, the ramp structure is both light-weight and sturdy and it's small enough to make it easy to store (fits perfectly on our Ikea Expedit cubby shelves).
I do like this toy over-all, just think I had greater expectations for it beyond a quick car ramp. I'm sure my kids will love it just the same.

When I recieved this item I waited a few days before I opened the box. I had a few moments to myself so I though, "I'll go put it together." When I opened the box, I was shocked. No need to put it together since the item was about as big as a notebook piece of paper. In the picture it looked as though it would come up to my knees. I am not sure it comes up to my 2 year olds knees. For the price of this item I would think it would be way bigger. It has 3 ramps, but since the size is so small it doesn't take long to get to the bottom. The cars are about the size of a cell phone sim card with wheels. I bought this a few weeks ago for my vehicle obsessed 16 month old -it was a total hit! He was interested right away and spent a good 15-20 minutes when we first opened it playing with the the little cars in the track. He then started stacking the cars into the cabs and beds of his various other trucks, and rolling them around the floor. Weeks later he still plays with the track and especially the cars just about every day. I liked the idea of this toy for my 7 month old son as an alternative to the ball ramps that help with eye coordination. He is an infant, but I knew we'd use it under supervision only, so no safety concerns. They do say this toy is for ages 18 months+, but I really think it should be age 3+ because the cars have wheels that could likely break off under the usage of a rough 18 month old and I think they may have magnets in them. These are fast becoming very well used in our house. I had purchased them to help my youngest daughters to work on their spatial recognition skills, but all my children and even my husband will spend HOURS putting the pattern block on the cards or using the cards as a guide and trying to build the picture on the table next to it. These have definitely been well worth the money spent. Like it, but not Love it. The product is great, with counting, letter recognition, some construction along the way, but we are not having as much fun with it as with other games. So, it's just OK. My 5 year old son received the Smart Cycle for his birthday and so we purchased this game to go with it. I wondered if it would be the same as the game that came with the cycle just with Bob the Builder as the character, but there are some different games on this. He prefers this game to the original and has played only it since we got it. For the price I would say very good value!
