It arrived before the scheduled time and it is just what I wanted.
It is nice and really easy to play with. It is really instructive and helps a lot for molecular structure visualization.
I totally recommend it.
Thanks !!I got a bunch of these sets for my General Chemistry small-group study sessions (I am a professor at a small college). They work really well for discussing things like stoichiometry and intermolecular forces. And, they're fun to play with and are sized to be compatible with other similar model sets.

Cheap Playskool Alphie Booster Pack Exploring Food
We bought this as a stocking stuffer for the great price of $3.99. I am glad I didn't pay more; we already had Alphie so we thought this would be a nice addition to our little robot. The food cards are not as fun as the original cards but they are okay. We are big foodies in this house and love to cook, but something about a robot and food education just isn't SUPER fun. Probably wouldn't buy this as a gift and definitely wouldn't pay more than $4 for this.
Over all this set has some great food tips and info. Some unusual foods that I would not even think to show my kids (like tiramisu) and even a card on steps how to brush your teeth! A card talks about the pit/seed in different fruits. We haven't gone through all cards yet but so far I am pretty happy! My son is 3.5 he will sith and answer questions and learn...daughter is 20 months and just wants to push the flashing buttons. A conversation starter for all of us though even if they just poke all the buttons. My son loves the sound effects too.
As with any Alphia card set, it's mostly quiz, "find this" or "match this." Kids learn by trial and error, not direct instruction. If you get it wrong, Alphie tells you why it was wrong and lets you try again.
Do be careful what age you give this to; my 4-year-old spread the cards out all over and ripped a couple, so supervision is recommended. A couple folded cards did still work, as long as the pattern on the bottom wasn't damaged. The cool thing about Alphie is he can read the grey and black pattern on the bottom of each card and know which one is in.
The only thing I don't like are the tiny cartridges. The food cards are green on top, matching the green card you have to put in for him to have the data he needs to read the cards. Without the green cartridge, we can't use the green cards, so make sure you don't lose that part!! Each set of cards is a different color, but Alphie does NOT save anything off the cartridge into the robot itself; you need the cartridge each time. This is al early start to responsibility, though, because obviously video games are like this, but so are some other toys.
The robot itself is very durable, and the cartridge is strong as long as you don't smash it (we haven't broken one yet, just lost one), but the cards themselves are like thinly-laminated index cards, and can rip if the child is rough. one set of cards can be stored in Alphie's back. I like the toy overall, but if you don't want cards all over the house, either get a tidy kid or a different toy. ;)

My grandson has severe food allergies and this pack has really helped him understand what food is. It can be very difficult explaining to young children that everything in the sore is OK to eat, when it is not OK for THEM to eat it. It really has helped my daughter explain to him the different things that are food. It even led her to take him to a very large Asian market where 90% of the items were indeed food, but not any that she recognized. Alfie can teach adults too!Best Deals for Playskool Alphie Booster Pack Exploring Food
Not all of the suggestions on these cards may apply to you. For example, one card asks kids "what is a light snack before bedtime that won't fill you up?"and the answer is yogurt. We eat high protein Greek yogurt so I think of yogurt as a very filling meal! Also my son has a peanut allergy so telling us that a peanut butter sandwich is a great snack before soccer game just doesn't apply but I don't hold that against them!Over all this set has some great food tips and info. My kids love the Alphie robot. The food booster pack is fun, and does touch a little bit on health. Reviews of Learning Resources Attribute Lacing Buttons, Set Of 48
My grandniece has been playing with these since Christmas. She calls it sewing, but there are so many other topics that can be covered with this educational toy such as shapes, colors, sorting, manipulatives. Great toy...

These are great for lacing, sorting by shape (triangles, circles, squares), color (green, blue, yellow, red), size (big, little) and number of holes (two, four), patterning etc. These are my choice when doing assessments because I can use these same buttons for a variety of assessment activities instead of having to use multiple items/equipment.Best Deals for Learning Resources Attribute Lacing Buttons, Set Of 48
First I will say that I thought this set was a little over priced for a few buttons (okay, quite a few) and some laces. That said, there are so many possibilities with this set and it is appropriate for so many age levels, I still give it a high rating. The buttons are very sturdy and there is good variety, so my 2 year old can use it to practice fine motor skills (lacing) and sorting, and my 4 year old can use the set for sequencing and math. I like materials we can use in a broad variety of learning situations and for many years and this is one of those.Monday, November 24, 2014

Buy eeBoo Tell Me a Story - Mystery in the Forest
We bought these for our 5-year-old received these for Christmas -a big hit! The cards are really high quality and durable. The illustrations are sweet and funny, just right for inspiring some good, wacky, nonsensical, mysterious -you name it -stories. As our 5-year-old is just learning to read, these have given her some new ways to think about storytelling and to build those cognitive skills as she develops her reading skills. Our 7-year-old is an avid storyteller and is enjoying them, too. Even our 2 1/2-year-old loves the pictures (she thinks the owl dressed in a police officer's hat talking to squirrels in a tree is hilarious). We know she will grow into these further, and the quality means they'll have some staying power. Highly recommended for good family fun and alone-time play that builds storytelling skills.
Rather than take a lot of heavy books on the road, I take this small box of cards. It does take up a lot of space, so it is better to spread them out on a hotel bed rather than in the airplane.
I bought the Fairy Tale Mix-up for a friend, and she said the card didn't have as many different items in each picture. She found it was harder to make up new stories without the various items that the Forest Story Cards contained.

I bought these for my four year old daughter, as she has a very active imagination and loves to pretend play. The cards are lovely water color drawings on nice, heavy cardstock. They come in a neat little box with tray that slides in and out. The fist time we opened them, it took a little bit of time for her to get the hang of making up a story, but she got better with it as we went on and my helping her by taking turns. I agree that they do take up quite a bit of room to lay them all out at once, but she found this a little overwhelming anyway. So, I grouped them up as best I could (the pictures have lots of overlap to allow building the stories). Now when she opens them, there are small sets that *could* make a somewhat logical story. I think as she gets the hang of it, we'll be able to use more and more cards. These would make an excellent Christmas gift, and just hearing my little one tell ME the story is absolutely priceless!Best Deals for eeBoo Tell Me a Story - Mystery in the Forest
This product is a great pre-reading idea for kids. My granddaughter loves making up her own stories. My sister is a Kindergarten teacher and she is buying a set for use in her classroom.Honest reviews on eeBoo Tell Me a Story - Mystery in the Forest
Of the different games we have, Candyland, Memory, Go Fish, Guess Who, and even most of the apps on our iPhone, this is our favorite one. My three year old and I both love this game, her for the entertainment, and me both for it's educational value and the amount of fun we have playing it. I felt that I wasn't very good at making up stories, but my daughter was always asking for a new story. This game has helped us both become far better story tellers. I am amazed at the stories that both of us are able to make up. If you want to encourage your child to love reading, this is a great place to give them a love for stories. If they love something, they will be very motivated to learn. It improves their memory as you have the kids repeat stories. And their creativity just blossoms. I can't recommend this highly enough.Rather than take a lot of heavy books on the road, I take this small box of cards. I bought this for my 4yo daughter, and she loves to play with these cards. We've played several different ways, and so far the best variation for her now is to deal 5-6 random cards in the deck and allow her to re-arrange them into any order and tell her story. (Dealing out all 36 cards was a bit overwhelming for her to start with.) We take turns dealing 5-6 cards to my daughter, myself, my husband, and even my 2yo daughter (she get 3 cards) and we will all take turns telling stories. My 4yo's stories have gotten a lot more creative. My 2yo loves to hear everyone's stories, and her stories are usually just very literal accounts of what she sees on the cards. My 4yo enjoys trying to pull a story out of her by asking questions like, "But why is the owl wearing a hat??" So far, this has been a lot of fun for all four of us.Monday, November 17, 2014

I purchased this notebook as a gift for a good friend who's a Beatles fan. She loved it. The cover is like a hologram--fades to black at one angle and then the Beatles image appears at another angle.

Buy Learning Resources Magnetic Time Activity Set
You can only move the arrows in one direction which makes jumping around to different times to "test" or play guess the time games is difficult. You cannot quickly go from 2:00 to 11:45 to test your child's knowledge of telling time. You have to move the minute hand around, and around , and around, and around............It's a long way to 11:45 that way. I think the description might even tell you this but I didn't realize exactly what that meant until it was here. ex. Good quality product though, just not exactly what I needed for my children.
The reason I love this clock is because of the different color of the hands. It may sound silly, but the short hand 'red' goes to the red numbers and you can write the blue numbers (5,10, 15...) for the minute hand (beyond the hour numbers) and those hands will color coordinate making it easier for children to tell time.
I did see another reviewer write that they did not like that the hands only go in one direction (like a real clock would). I look at that as an asset. Students are able to see that one revolution of the blue minute hand points the red hand to a new hour.
If you want to quiz students quickly, you could use flash cards, little Judy Clocks or homemade clocks with plates and paper brads.
I think this is an excellent teaching tool and I highly recommend it for any teacher who is teaching students how to tell time.

This is a great item, large and fun for children. The numbers are foam and the middle piece plastic. As the minute hand it turned, the hour hand also rotates making telling time easier to demonstrate.Best Deals for Learning Resources Magnetic Time Activity Set
As an early elementary teacher, I know how difficult it can be for younger students (and some older students as well) to grasp the skill for telling time. They can tell time when looking at the "how to" we write together but have difficulty remembering it on their own. This is a fabulous clock to have on your board for instruction. The clock hands have a very strong magnet, so it will not move from placement. The kids prefer this to the older clock manipulatives used in instruction and it allows you to make the clock as big or little as needed (bigger so you can make marks for the minutes or smaller for advanced practice). I definitely recommend this purchase!Thursday, October 9, 2014
Reviews of Jolly Roger Pirate Skull and Crossbones Leather Journal Large 8 x
A very well done journal if I do say so myself.
The journal came across as being handmade (if it wasnt it has fooled me)
The cover of the journal had some effort put into which shows greatly in the detail and in the skull on the front.
Plus this journal really is 8x10 there is no lie there and there a lot of pages crammed into it so as to write many of lifes memories inside
The pages also add to aura of the journal. Meaning that they are not that simple lined paper. They have that appearance of being handmade as well which is different and rather interesting.
The journal is not refilliable as well. I dont know if that if a problem for some people but I like it for that reason.
One disappointment was that the inside covers seemed to be unfinshed and had that rough, unkept and unfinished look. However that isnt going to sink my boat.
Over all the journal exceded my expectations and is a superb work of effort and intellect. I recommend this for every journaler and those who need a one of a kind "notebook" to collect thoughts and word etc.
The leather cover seems to be a strong leather. The pages are soft but, I imagine, will last. Both of my kids think it looks cool.
If your looking for a unique, fun and quality memory book or journal you'll be happy with this one.

Reviews of Haba Duckduck Clutching Toy
My 6-month-old received this as a Christmas present. It was cute and we liked that it was made of wood. But after a few weeks of playing with it, teething on it, and carrying it around in the diaper bag it fell apart. It is made of small pieces, so it would be very unsafe if it fell apart while a baby was playing with it. I am very disappointed.

I would not expect less from Haba! This toy is beautifully made. I especially love that it is a clutching toy and it is also a push toy, since it rolls along on the little "wheels". So cute and it's reassuring knowing it is safe for my baby to play with! Haba is a very good company and this toy is made in Germany, not China!Best Deals for Haba Duckduck Clutching Toy
This is a very basic toybut its cute and feels well made. My baby is still on the way but I'm excited to have it in my nursery for her arrival!Honest reviews on Haba Duckduck Clutching Toy
My son started playing with this toy a lot when he was 3 months old. It was one of the first toys he could easily pick up off the floor or a tray. Now, at 6 months it is still a favorite toy he loves to teethe on it and hold it. It is non-toxic so I feel very comfortable with him putting it in his mouth. We have traveled to many play-dates, the park, etc. with it in our bags and it is very sturdy.Friday, October 3, 2014
Reviews of VTech InnoTab 2S Wi-Fi Learning App Tablet
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program HOW ARE INNOTAB 2 AND INNOTAB 2S THE SAME?
If you're already familiar with InnoTab 2 you're basically looking at the same tablet. The design stays the same, with all of the keys in the same place. The only addition is the WiFi key, which tells you if the tablet is connected to the internet, and how strong your connection is (a four bar display).
Included Apps are the same.
VTech still decided not to include the rope for the stylus. In the manual they call it a "Wrist Strap Fastener" (Note: not included). But it's clearly not a wrist strap fastener, because the stylus has a rope loop hole in it, and the tablet has a hole in it right beside the stylus. The website even states it has a "stylus with hole for string." My husband thinks VTech doesn't want the liability of a child wrapping their neck in the rope, and put the responsibility on the parent to get the strap themselves; it certainly seems that way.
HOW ARE INNOTAB 2 AND INNOTAB 2S DIFFERENT?
Some people like to creatively take the tablets out of the box for setup before handing to a child as a gift. InnoTab 2 is a bit of a challenge; just use sharp scissors to break the tape and foldout the box carefully. InnoTab 2S, I am happy to report, is the easiest of them all! The tablet just slides out the top in a plastic covering; no tape, or attachments cut into the box. You simply pop the tablet out of the molded plastic, and there you have it! I feel like someone at VTech heard parent's frustration and decided to fix this... thank you!
The big difference with InnoTab 2S is the new wireless capability, but don't imagine browser capability. The WiFi is simply used for downloading apps from VTech's website. Your child can make wish lists with the Wish List app on their tablet; my son is only 3, so he's not using that feature . . . yet. Downloading apps is easy, but you don't purchase them off the tablet itself (that's good new, otherwise imagine all the apps your child might "accidently" buy). You purchase them off your computer, tablet, or phone (I haven't used that feature yet).
The look of InnoTab 2S is basically the same, but I enjoy the bold black inlay over the previous grey and pink choices. I think this way it looks more like quality hardware and less of a toy (that's just my preference, my son doesn't care). Oddly, this one is considered blue because of the color of the back, not the front, which is white. Even the rubber sides are grey, unlike the pink one which actually has more pink on it. I think the "blue" is less gender specific because the back looks more dark purple; something to think about for parents who need to share this tablet between genders.
Finger swiping on the InnoTab 2, my son was having problems with the tablet thinking he was selecting an app, which would cause it to load. With InnoTab 2S the opposite has occurred; now the tablet wants to swipe to the next page and not open the app. At 3, my son prefers using his finger, but the InnoTab 2S works best with a stylus and opens apps perfectly that way. This is a bit of a downer, but workable.
OVERALL REVIEW?
It pains me, because I really want to like the InnoTab 2S, but it has one big flaw that hasn't been fixed it's *still* s-l-o-w. InnoTab 2S takes 43 seconds to reach the app home screen. The InnoTab 2 took 37 seconds; we shouldn't be regressing here (I should mention, the LeapPad2 takes 21 seconds!). It takes InnoTab 2S a solid 8 seconds to open an app. I said it before, and I'll say it again, there's a lot of "loading" (read: waiting) going on with the InnoTab 2S, and it makes a difference to me.
Another thing I had a bit of an issue with is videos. The InnoTab 2S comes with the same memory as the InnoTab 2 (2GB). You can add an SD card to expand up to 32GB; that's a big plus, but I've never needed it with my son. This time I wanted to upload videos for him to watch. So I put a 16MB SD Card, that came with an old camera we purchased, into the tablet. Putting the SD Card in was easy. The slot is in the battery compartment; you'll need to remove the batteries. This is a nice touch, in a way, because my son can't get to it and loose it. But can I just say that getting the SD Card out is a pain!!!! Horrible design. My son can probably get it out easier than I can. My husband? No chance. It doesn't have the push-eject feature, so you have to extract it out with small fingers, or tweezers! VTech if you're reading this, please fix this.
Afterwards I plugged in the InnoTab using the USB cord to my PC, and pulled up an LLL file on the card. In that file you transfer your converted video, photos, music (supports JPEG formatted photos, and MJPEG/H.264 videos (avi)). Sadly, there wasn't much I could put on a 16 MB disk. BUT, it was really easy to transfer everything and find them on the tablet. The video was of decent quality with playback options. Unfortunately, I'm not willing (read: lack the time) to convert movies for use on the InnoTab when I already have them converted for the iPad. But, if this is a feature you like and want to use, you'll enjoy it! Also, as an MP3 player the sound quality is decent, not a lot of distortion.
So which do I recommend?
Either. The WiFi is a nice touch, but not necessary. And there are no big changes between the two, except the InnoTab 2S appears slower, and the color change.
In case you don't want to go looking for the reviews on the VTech InnoTab 2 Learning App Tablet White, which is the same, here are some things you might find helpful:
Screen size (2 ½" x 4 ½"), or 5" if you're measuring diagonally.
Require 4 AA batteries (not included).
Uses a stylus (comes with two).
Has a cartridge port for additional games and uses purchased apps.
3-9 year age requirement.
Swivel camera.
Can buy additional accessories like screen guard, cases, rechargeable batteries, ac adapters, and headphones.
Personalize for up to 4 players, plus 1 guest.
Has an eReader, MP3 Players, art studio, calculator, calendar, notes, clock, and most of your basic themed books and games.
Has a mic and volume control.
Parent tracker that allows parents to track their child's progress and success playing a game.
Rubber corners to help protect it from a fall.
Battery compartment is easily accessible, just slide a switch and it opens the compartment. This is where the SD Card slot is found.
2GB of memory, but can add an additional 32GB of memory with SD Card (not included). I've found 2GB is more than enough for our needs.
Can be played right away (just add batteries, not included). Need to spend less than 5 minutes setting up the tablet date, time, and personalization.
InnoTab has a tilt sensor like an iPad or iPhone and will tilt the screen if held horizontal or vertical.
Has buttons for brightening or dimming the screen, but don't expect much, there's only four bars and it doesn't make a lot of difference.
Has a "?" button that allows you to hear instructions again, or find out more information about an app (nice touch!). The InnoTab itself tends to repeat things all the time (it's a bit annoying). The tablet doesn't ever sit quietly when turned on and not touched, it constantly wants to talk to you; you'll need to turn the volume off.
Comes with manual.
Internal "kickstand" for standing the tablet up vertically or horizontal.
Plays converted videos. Quality isn't like an iPad or iPhone, but little kids won't mind.
If you're already familiar with InnoTab 2 you're basically looking at the same tablet. The design stays the same, with all of the keys in the same place.
The first thing I noticed is that the new InnoTab is smaller. It still has a kick-stand on the back and a stylus sleeve, but there is now a hole in the stylus and a small attach point for a string to hold the stylus. Oddly enough, InnoTab doesn't give you the string, so you need to get one yourself. There is also now a camera on the top that pivots for both self portraits and photos of other people and a microphone for recording sound.
The InnoTab 2S is still a USB device controlled by software you install on your PC, but it now has WiFi for downloading apps. This permits your child to "shop" in the online store, put apps on a wish list, and then allows the parent to buy them later. The act of your child shopping sends you an e-mail with their "wishes". Sadly, the WiFi interface didn't work with my home network since I don't have SSID broadcast turned on. Even entering the name manually like I do on my iPad would not work, so I had to adjust my security settings down for the InnoTab to work.
Once I turned it on, I was also surprised because normally new hardware runs faster, but this one runs slower. For the original InnoTab, it tooks 16 seconds to get to the login screen and a total of 42 seconds to get through both power-up and login. The new InnoTab 2S takes 33 seconds to get to the login screen and 49 seconds to go from off to the home screen. Pathetic! This is for a little kid who will get impatient and mash the power button wondering why it won't turn on. Why can't they implement a sleep mode or similar? Taking almost a minute to turn on just is not acceptable today.
I was also hoping that there would be some improvement to the actual device games itself, but they are still fairly low resolution and slow. Most of them are not very educational, and repeat the same basic tasks over and over. A few accelerometer based games are fun, as are the silly camera applications. My kids had a great time playing with them, but there is a limit to what you can do with the device. My kids tried one of the eBooks that came with the tablet (there is a free cartridge included), but navigation was hard because the interface was so slow. This screen seems less sensitive to a finger than the original, so you really need the stylus. Many times my kids were not sure if they had clicked a button and it was "thinking", or if their click had not registered. Sometimes it took several taps with the stylus for anything to happen. It was a frustrating experience compounded by the fact they still play with the InnoTab 1 and that one runs faster!
Let's talk cost of ownership. The InnoTab 2S costs $100. InnoTab rechargeable batteries plus AC adapter will set you back $30. Add another $20 for an SD card (not included). You're up to $150 when you can get a Kindle Fire for $159. Each game cartridge is $25 and the downloadable apps range in price from $3-$7. In other words, you can hit $200 really quickly. But $200 will get you a Kindle Fire HD which comes with rechargeable batteries, more memory, far more free apps, and many apps that cost $1 (and turns on in a second).
My conclusion? I received this to evaluate, but I can't see myself wanting to even spend an additional $25 for a game cartridge when I know I can get better games on an inexpensive Android tablet that will run faster and smoother (and for less money). The only advantage of the InnoTab is durability, but other than that, I can't really recommend this device in today's world of inexpensive real tablets. The low quality applications and limited capabilities might have warranted 3-4 stars if the device weren't so mind-numbingly slow. Every button you click requires a 10-15 second lag while it loads the next screen. This hardware is well past its expiration date. The durable plastic shell and form factor are great, but InnoTab needs to update their processor to make a kids tablet to compete in the modern world.

Best Deals for VTech InnoTab 2S Wi-Fi Learning App Tablet
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Last year I had the opportunity to review the original InnoTab, so I was eager to see if they had greatly improved things this year with the InnoTab 2S. My kids always love playing with my iPad, so the idea of a little tablet with some kids games that I didn't have to monitor was quite appealing. I was not pleased with the InnoTab overall, but I had high hopes for the InnoTab 2S. The InnoTab 2S has many improvements over the InnoTab, but also has taken a big step backwards.

Honest reviews on VTech InnoTab 2S Wi-Fi Learning App Tablet
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I love this. It helps the little ones to learn and play so easily with the big buttons to decide what they want to do and the touchscreen is fantastic. the stylus is not attached so it will probably get lost but otherwise the touch screen works very good. My grandaughter played with this and I believe she would have played thru the night if I had let her.One thing about this is you can put learning games on it and they think they are just playing games while they are really learning :)Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for VTech InnoTab 2S Wi-Fi Learning App Tablet
Pre-ordered this for my soon to be 3 year old for his upcoming birthday. He hasn't seen it yet but I have already unpackaged it to check it out and set it up. It seems good quality to me and should be easy for him to use as he is quite familiar with operating my iphone and kindle. The apps are a little on the expensive side, but I was lucky to find the $20 download cards here on Amazon for $12.54 (which are still currently available as of the writing of this review) so I bought a couple of those to use for purchasing games/ebooks/videos. I very much like the ability to download the apps over wifi (though they still have to be purchased on my computer), we have a tag pen from leap frog and I have never been more frustrated than trying to download a book to that thing with it connected to my computer and my kiddo standing there whining to read his new book. From what I can tell so far this will be far easier. I can buy the stuff and just download it straight from the tablet without having to drag out my laptop. I don't know how fast it's going to go through batteries but I did purchase some rechargeable batteries specifically for use with this device and also the wall and car chargers. I decided if I was going to spend $100 on something for my kiddo I was going to have all the accessories to make it work when I need it to. The downloading can run kind of slow if you're downloading several things as once (especially video) and also stops if you enter an app, so I'd recommend doing that while the kids are asleep or otherwise occupied. The only thing I've found that I don't particularly like is that it seems to turn on at the same volume every time which can be quite loud if you're pulling it out to amuse your kid some place that's quiet and also it repeats itself a lot (while I was downloading several apps it kept telling me to click on the tabs to see what else I could do, I finally just turned the volume all the way down). Over all I'm happy with the purchase and I'm sure it'll only be better once my kiddo gets to enjoy it.Thursday, September 25, 2014

My 3 yr old daughter definitely likes this. It is well made and stores well on a shelf. It would have been great to have a top lid of some kind too. I would certainly recommend it.
-made of wood not plastic
-educational but fun
-has specific angled cuts so that only the right pieces will fit together
-the box lid doesn't bother me as it did another reviewer
My 14 month son will grow into this. This is much better than their alphabet puzzle which I just received, which is tiny by comparison. I would only give that product a 3 or 4 rating because I was disappointed with how much smaller it was. :(

I bought this for my 2 and 3 year old sons. They enjoy naming all the numbers, counting the items on each piece and matching the pieces together. It was a good purchase. The pieces are nice and big (much larger than the alphabet set, which we also have) I like that it's wooden (very sturdy) and it has definitely helped them with their number recognition. I would recommend this product to others.Honest reviews on Learning Resources Woodshop Toys 1-2-3 Puzzle Blocks
I bought this because it was simular to one a friend has. I love it but for one thing--the container of the puzzle should always be bigger, this way when children are done or you need to quick clean up you can just throw all the pieces in its container and put lid on. Manufactures should think of these things more.Monday, September 8, 2014
Discount Toobaloo Set of 4 Color May Vary
Toobaloos are GREAT for guided reading groups. I use different colored electrical tape to reinforce them because they are thin plastic that can fall apart if dropped "just the right way" on the floor. With reinforcement they'll last a long time. I also use alcohol wipes to sanitize them after each child uses the Toobaloo. Students love them and no one gets sick in my classroom from holding them near their face.
After using these our child's speech really improved and he loves playing with them.

The Toobaloo is a very useful therapeutic tool that I use in speech therapy with children. It allows them to have immediate auditory feedback which helps them to correct sound errors.Best Deals for Toobaloo Set of 4 Color May Vary
My students love these. I often have to limit the time they spend using them so others may have a turn.Honest reviews on Toobaloo Set of 4 Color May Vary
We found these to be great help in facilitating speech. They are great because the child can hear themselves clearly. They are fairly durable unless the child tends to chew on them, but normal use they do just fine. After using these our child's speech really improved and he loves playing with them.

This is a great toy for all ages. My daycare kids use it to have full blown conversations with their friends and parents. Especially useful if child is missing mommy/daddy. "Let's call them and say hi." Also, can report on the toobaloo what the child is up to. They love it!Wednesday, August 13, 2014
Reviews of Boikido Wooden Stacking And Counting Game
I bought this for my 11-month old baby, and she absolutely loves playing with it. She pulls off the wooden balls on top of the stacks, rolls them on the floor and crawls after them, then does it all over again. She especially loves pulling all of the blocks off and creating a big mess (she's in destructive mode right now) and stacking them by herself. A great toy!
The only thing I would caution about is to not leave it on the floor in case your kid would fall on it. No doubt it would tip over if the fall was from the front, but not from the side. We set it up on a low table.
I got to see it in person before gifting it. The colors are vibrant and it seems very durable. I was told that the recipient absolutely loves this toy. I need to buy one for my son as well. We're waiting until he's over his 'Bam Bam' phase and stops throwing everything.

This game is great ! It combines all the qualities a toy should have : it is educative shapes, colors, numbers; stacking action ; fun the little heads make great puppets on fingertips and the balls roll super well ; safe non toxic and parts too big to present a danger. The only thing I would caution about is to not leave it on the floor in case your kid would fall on it. No doubt it would tip over if the fall was from the front, but not from the side. We set it up on a low table.

I purchased this as a gift for a 1 year old. I'm a crunchy Mama who looks for eco-friendly, non-toxic, wooden toys that are also educational but fun.
