Lab in a bag blast of color was a good experience for my Grand-daughters ages 5 and 7. We did the many experiments and enjoyed seeing the changes in colors and the growth of little beads. We even made a form of snow! They loved it however an adult does need to be right there with children to do the experiments properly. The directions should be read ahead of time to make the process go faster as they are lengthy. The end result; it was a great memory maker for spending time together. All products are safe for the kids but there are some cautions on pouring some liquids down the drain as they could cause some problems so do read the directions.

I ordered this for my 5 year old daughter who is into making "potions" and we had a great time doing them. Instructions are very good, point by point on how to do perform each experiment and how to get the most out of what the child observes. With a 5 year old, you really have to be there to help but I can also see how this would be great for an older "scientist" too. Great purchase!

I bought 2 of these for friends' children for christmas... We had a blast together making the icky gooey things. However, the kids also really enjoyed the instruction/informational booklet expaining what everything is. By the end, even the adults were sitting around playing with yuck and learning about the things we were making. He made fake snot and gooey crystals and religiously changed the water in his bucket out daily to make the body parts grow larger, so the entertainment factor is definitely there. We bought this for our 5 year old nephew with Downs Syndrome for his birthday, as it is something he enjoys doing with his therapist. My six yr old granddaughter got the computer keyboard for the COMPUTER COOL SCHOOL last Christmas with a couple of play disks. She had really enjoyed playing with it so I decided to purchase this disk for her birthday. She loves it. I don't think she has onpened any of her other COOL SCHOOL disks since she received it. The disk is very durable and comes in its own plastic case. The WonderPets are so lifelike and the sounds so real that I don't mind watching (I'd like to play.) Love that this is a wooden toy. Get tired of the heaps of plastic in the toy bin. My son is 13mos old and doesn't understand the puzzle exactly yet but he can load and unload the animals as he pleases. He also has figured out how to get the animals to fit in the driver seats and loads Melissa and Doug up in the back. Overall I really like it a lot. We will be playing with this one for a long time.

This is a fun toy for my 2 yr old. It sings silly counting songs and he likes that it pulls out and retracts. My only complaint other than how annoying it gets to hear the songs for the 5 millionth time is that you have to hear them at an extremely loud volume. Lots of electronic baby/toddler toys are way too loud. If you put some electrical tape over the speaker, then it's less punishing for the parents and safer for your child's hearing. I wouldn't say it's the coolest counting toy ever, but my son loves the songs it plays.

I V Tech Counting Time Measuring Tape

I bought this item for my nephew for Christmas. He loved it at first glance. The lights, music and the fact that he could pull the tape measure and see the numbers. The only negative that I have is that the tape only goes to the number "8," while the song on the unit counts to the number 10. That was very disappointing from a teaching perspective.

There is also a set of Grandma's Riddles cards that ask simple "Who" type questions for kids to answer. As a teacher, I have to say that I LOVE my Radius. I recently purchased one on Ebay and the set included the Radius system, the Blends and Diagraph cd card set, and the Long Vowel cd card set...all for $150! This to me is a must have in any classroom. The features that I love are 1.) You can use the Radius as a standard cd player as well 2.) The cards a sturdy and durable and in any event if one of the cards became damaged, you can still us the Radius to locate the card 3.) It comes in this really nice carrying case to prevent damage 4.) The cd sets are made for different grade levels 5.) It's very simple for children to use 6.) In each card set there are teacher notes that explain varies ways of presenting the skill to the students 7.) In each set there is an answer key...so you can follow along with students and assess their answers 8.) It's a great informal testing tool 9.) It's great for small group instruction, independent practice and centers 10.) All the cards in any set you purchase are numbered in order and the key lets you know the answers and what words the students will learn on each card 11.) There are review cards after all of the lessons 12.) You can use up to four headphones or use speakers 13.) The look, listen, write and speak cards have the students to look at the words, listen to how the words are pronounced and sound (phonics), write the words on paper, and my favorite is the speak/record feature. This allows students to record how they sound when pronouncing words 14.) You can buy sets that fit your classroom needs

I was quite surprised when I opened the box, I thought it was going to be a small device, but it is large with easy to see functions...overall, I think that this is one of my best educational purchases I've purchased in awhile. The students love it and it's hands-on which makes it more enjoyable. The Radius and cd card sets are pricey but your money will be well spent!

el metodo me parecio muy bueno, pero el cd se traba, no lee siempre las tarjetas, aveces se reinicia solo, por lo que lo regrese una vez y pedi que me lo cambiaran por otro, y efectivamente me enviaron otro, pero ya paso el mes para poderlo devolver, y tengo los mismos problemas que con el primero, se traba, se reinicia, no lee siempre las tarjetas correctamente, etc. No vale la pena compralo por el precio y el mal funcionamiento, realmente yo crei que por lo que estaba pagando iba obtener un mucho mejor producto. Bread, chile, rice, soup, even brownies cooked by the sun? Easy, affordable and the food is delicious. I am impressed with how easy this solar cooker is to use. We used to cook with a bulky box cooker but I have enjoyed how much more versatile the Solar Zenith is. It also cooks the food much faster. Dinner in the box cooker used to take all day to be ready to eat. I also like the idea of being able to can and make any water clean and pure to drink by using this cooker. I am planning on giving all my children at least one for their homes to use in emergencies. My campers will enjoy it on the trail too. It is so easy, maybe they will use it everyday just to save on energy costs. This cooker works but does not cook as fast as I think it should, parabolic cookers should cook faster, like chicken fryer fast. It should have better instructions with it, was not sure which way to face the cone in relation to the sun. I cooked green beans and potatoes, they were very tender.

Any thing that makes your child want to go to school is a positive force. This lunch kit is the cutest thing I have ever seen and our grandson is crazy about it. He can't wait to show it off to all his school mates. This lunch kit is well constructed and super cute, the cape just puts it over the top.
