We wanted a soft place for our baby to hang out while she was not so steady sitting up. It is that, and the colors are bright without being obnoxious, so I'm happy to have it in the living room. The trim, though is problematic and I encourage the manufacturer to figure something else out. Our baby liked to pull it off and then chew on it. It comes apart pretty easily if gnawed on, so this poses a choking hazard. We removed the trim entirely, but then the "puzzle piece" that sticks out is itself tempting to chew on. As in all things, close supervision is needed, but I feel like this is a definite design flaw. Also, the texture of the mats makes them difficult to wipe clean. Dust and particles get caught in the little divets.

These mats are great! My 7 month old son is allergic to our carpet and breaks out in a huge rash whenever he touches it! We tried putting blankets down but he always rolls off them and somehow gets on the carpet again. He also spits up a lot so we end up washing his play blankets often. I ordered two sets of these mats so I now have a 6x8 padded and easy to clean area for him to play on. They link together tightly and seem sturdy enough for baby play. I like these because they dont have the cutout shapes/letters like other mats that can be a choking hazard. They were also half the price of similar products which was a plus! I will probably buy more for grandmas house!

I bought this to block knitted lace items on. Took the pins fine and left no holes. They are large enuf that I plan to use 3 or 4 of them in front of my sink as a cushion. Really like them!

The cards are thinner than I would have liked. They are a peachy-orange color; white would be easier on the eyes. The content is very good. They come in a small folder/cover, but would be better if they had a box or envelope to keep them together.

I purchased this laptop for my grandson's 6th birthday. It was just the right age to give him this type of learning toy. He loved the opening command and flashlight option that shines down on the keyboard. The games are challenging but not discouraging since they have multiple levels. He's really into reading and spelling now so it held his interest for hours. He was able to do the mathmatics as well. It's a great toy that encourages the kids to have fun while learning. A great investment. Go for it Grandparents! They will love it!!!!

I have not bothered with the "poetry" letters and use the board (it is a bit like an easel) on my desk for messages and notes held by magnets. For this purpose it works well. The metal is sufficiently thick and solid that it supports itself it is not flimsy ; it will not bend in normal use. Very nice; I am well pleased.

This book is great. My daugher is finally learning what *sounds* the letter make! And she gets this book out on her own to play with it so it oviously is fun for her which is a huge + in my book!!

I would recomend this book to any child just learning to read, no matter what the age (my daughter is 5), it really helps to add additional practice to any other reading program (whether in school, homeschool, tutor, etc) and it is fun.

Also my almost 2 year old is starting to learn the sounds the letters make from watching her big sister use this!

This is a great book for people with the Leap pad and are looking for a book that is for younger kids. My daughter is 3 and she is able to follow alot of the concepts with this book. Each page is dedicated to one letter and there are lots of pictures to touch with the pen that make music and stories. I recommend this book for younger kids who are learning the alphebet. Very colorful pages with lots of easily reconizable picutes.(frogs, ice cream, apples)

My son is 4 and finally learned the sounds of letters with this book. The characters are funny and the songs are so catchy, my son sings the letter sound song all the time. Getting him from knowing the alphabet song to the actual sounds of letters was a big LEAP, but this book really really worked! I've already bought the next 3 phonics books and so far, he love them too. He also can't get enough of the book by Bob the Builder, teaching reading comprehension in a truly fun way that he can relate to. Great stuff!!

This one has over 30 phonics games for little one to play. Put it in front of any child 8 or younger and they will play with it. The lessons are geared toward the 6 and younger crowd but it's great fun for anyone. When my son has nothing to do I'll get out one of the leapfrog books and we'll play the sound game. This book is especially great for that with its letter sounds and music.

Learning last a lifetime, so get them started with fun friends from Leap Frog.

Awesome drum set! My 2 1/2 year old loves them! They are so dark green they look black. She was a little disappointed when they didn't look her favorite color. The black set was a little cheaper and it definitely wasn't worth any extra charge for the 'green" set. Other than that no complaints! (They do need to be assembled.)

Clean, modern, precise. Very unlike the cheap ones made you-know-where. I wanted an acupuncture model that was of good enough quality to display in my office. The only down side is that the point numbers are a little difficult to read, but I suppose that could be seen as an up side as well, in keeping with the minimalist aesthetic of the piece. The meridians and point locations are accurate, and this makes a nice tool for patient teaching.

These Headphones make my life a little less stressful by allowing my toddler to play his Leap Pad II using the headphones so I don't have to hear the distracting sounds of the different games my toddler plays. a friend gave my son this toy when he was just starting to eat solid foods and it has been on the high chair ever since. (1.5 years!) it's a welcome distraction when i need to shovel food in his mouth and he loves counting the beads and naming the colors. yes, if he pulls hard, it comes off, but it's also very durable and easy to clean. (and because it has 4 suction cups, it actually stays put better than his other high chair toys.)
