Best Human Biology EIN-O's Box Kit Brain Deals
It's very small, but it's very detailed. I bought it as a present, for someone who is a neurobiology major. I thought maybe it could help them see what they were learning, I don't know if it helped her. The brain part is about the size of a tennis ball.

Reviews of Fisher-Price Laughtop Learning Laptop
We purchased these skates for our daughters 2nd birthday. She loves them. They have three settings. One where the wheels don't move, one where they only go forward and regular setting. She loves to do everything by herself. So with the first setting she has "skated" by herself from the begining. We also have friends who visit with their children ages 3 to 7 and they love them too!

My First LeapPad Book: Jay Jay High-Flying Adventures Reviews
My kids 2 & 4 like this leap book. We are not especially JayJay fans, but I was really pleased with the content of this book. It has some really neat stuff to learn about in it...not just the ABC's and 123's. Its content includes many science themes like Animals,Dinosaurs, Planets and Solar system, Landforms, Seasons and weather, as well as simply learning what goes on in the Day and Nightime or what to wear for different weather. The main story focuses on a butterfly named Breezy that is flying south. I was pleased with the different content that it provided, it was a nice change from the typical abc's. You don't have to be a JayJay fan to enjoy this one, but Science is the main theme here so if you are looking for abc's and 123's...you wont find that. I gave it 4 stars for durability simply because its paper, and it can get worn.

Cheap TimeBuddy
I bought this for my 5 year old son, who has a tendency to dawdle and get sidetracked in his morning and nighttime routines, making him late and creating tension between him and me or his dad. When the TimeBuddy arrived, he was very excited about it, and I loved the activity book and loads of repositionable stickers. The product is cute and appealing for a young child. The major disappintment is that this is really a clock that covers a 24 hour period, and you are only given less than an inch per hour in which to place the stickers, In other words, I had to cram the potty, breakfast, getting dressed, and toothbrush stickers side by side in one little segment. This really accomplished nothing for me, as he would not know that he was supposed to be finished with all four until the hand moves to the "leaving for school" sticker--and by then it's too late. And then the hours when he is at school and sleeping take up huge amounts of unused space. What I needed was something that would allow me to give him 5-10 minute increments in which he would need to complete each little morning task and then move on to the next. This is probably my fault, as I opted for TimeBuddy over "On Task On Time" timer because of the HUGE price difference, free shipping and reusable stickers. Now I may need to shell out the cash anyway. TimeBuddy would be better suited to a person who has many daily events spread out throughout the day, or to help your child recognize a general daily routine, such as breakfast, playtime, naptime, chore time, supper, and bedtime. It could work great for a preschool classroom or a young homeschooling child who cannot yet tell time but needs to know the daily routine. It's not really as helpful if you have a child in school all day. If you need to manage minutes in helping your child stay on task and move nio a timely manner from one small task to the next, check out the On Task On Time Timer. Much more pricey, but the only thing out there I have found so far that fits the bill.

We bought this for our son in hopes that it could function as a sort of visual schedule/reminder. I was surprised that the clock hands didn't actually function, and the button on the front shorted out after two months. The stickers also peeled and curled, wouldn't stick properly, and fell off at the slightest provocation. Essentially it wound up being a $40 toy for my son instead of being any actual help for scheduling. Now it's mostly a frustration because it shorted out, so we'll probably be tossing it. I had very high hopes for the product, it just fell really short of my expectations.Best Deals for TimeBuddy
Timebuddy is an excellent product. I If you get one for your child, you can tell them you are getting them a toy, but what you are really getting is the little helper for yourself. I have a four year old daughter and got her a Timebuddy about couple months ago and we all are extremely happy about it. She thinks its a toy, because she customized it herself, chose all the activity stickers and we recorded the messages together. She keeps it on her dresser and instead of asking me what to do next, she goes to her room, looks at the clock and then tells me" Mommy, its time to take a bath" or "Mommy its time to go to school". I find it amazing. Even if it eliminates half of the "Is it time yet?" questions for your child, I think it is worth every penny. The Timebuddy is easy to use, very colorful and very kid and parent friendly. I think there should be at least one Timebuddy in every household.Honest reviews on TimeBuddy
Very fast shipment from this seller. Our kids love this product. This product is a good tool for teaching our children to make the best use of their time. It creates a visual representation of the passage of time throughout the day and what they are suppose to be doing each time the hand is pointing to a chore. They listen to this toy more than they listen to me ! Even our 22 month old boy loves it! Good Product!Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for TimeBuddy
was disappointed that ours didn't work and there was no more available. Though it couldn't teach time properly I was going to use it as a alarm for grandson during the day to stop and eatSunday, October 12, 2014

V.Smile: The Wiggles Smartridge Reviews
My son loves this game! My son has Down syndrome, Autisum and Bi-Polar Mania, as well as other medical issues. Even though he has a very difficult time focusing on anything, and is non-verbal, he does love the "Wiggles" and this game encourages him to learn letters and numbers as well as fine tune his motor skills and planning. I was amazed to see how well my son does with this game. I wish I had gotten this for him years ago.
I highly recommend this game and wish VTech would make more new "Wiggles" games!

Best LeapFrog® Tag Reading System (16 MB) Deals
There was an article about this toy before it came out in Wired Magazine. It basically interviewed the inventor and peaked my curiosity. So I purchased it. It is an impressive device by any modern day standards. Basically it's a camera that recognizes words and images on specialized paper (the limited series of books that you purchase). Once recognized it plays sound bites or reads the word(s) on the page that you are passing the pen over. It's smartly designed and a child quickly understands how to operate it.
At first it's a game and your child will just want to click on everything to hear the sound bites. As time goes by they start exploring the less than obvious features like read back and games. Before you know it you have a totally transfixed kid. It's great for a long drive and it certainly beats the pants off a dvd. I do believe that this device is positively contributing to my child's learning. I will say that the books vary in quality. I am writing reviews on most of them ; ) so you can follow along if you wish. To start with get Sponge Bob as it is the best of the bunch followed by Kung Fu Panda or Cars.
Last thought if you're still with me. This is a wonderful invention. I do recommend it especially for parent's that are looking for an alternative to TV. I just wish to caution that it is not a substitute for quality reading time with your child so make sure to read to them as well. Overall a great investment.
I hope this review helps.
Unlike the Leapster where multiple users can share each device, each Tag is for a single user (player profile). LeapFrog highly recommends each child have his/her own Tag reader in order to take full advantage of Tag. Therefore, sharing doesn't work and means more $$$$ spent.
Using a Tag reader on multiple computers might be cumbersome. I haven't found a way to "migrate" data easily, for example, in case of OS or PC upgrades. This affects the Rewards and the LEAPFROG Learning Path.
Can only store 5 audio books at a time on the Reader. So if your child wants a different book besides one of the five, you'll have to connect to the computer to download/manage it. This will make it difficult for long trips. Memory is cheap, why not have more memory to begin with?
Must connect to the internet, but then, who doesn't have internet access these days.
----------------------
Some nice points.
Has a headphone jack!
USB connectivity was pretty easy, but did seem a bit slow.
Reader worked fine.
My son actually ripped a few pages (because he fell asleep with it one night) and I put some tape over the ripped areas, the pen still reads it just fine.
Great Product!!!!!

Best Deals for LeapFrog® Tag Reading System (16 MB)
We bought this product for my 3 1/2 year old son as something to keep him busy on a long drive from NY to NC. He loves Tag and over a two week period I can't think of a single day where he didn't pick it up to play with it. He has three books: Ozzie & Mack, Click Clack Moo (Classic Series) and Cars Tractor Tipping (Activity Series). While he had more fun intially with the Cars & Ozzie and Mack books he has since invested more time into Click Clack Moo and loves it. This is another great product from LeapFrog and I would recommend it to anyone. My son actually ripped a few pages (because he fell asleep with it one night) and I put some tape over the ripped areas, the pen still reads it just fine.

Honest reviews on LeapFrog® Tag Reading System (16 MB)
My nonverbal autistic son loves all things Leapfrog and loves story readers. Leapfrog has combined the best of two worlds with the story reader component along with interactive features. I was worried the tip would be delicate and he would break it but no problems so far. The download is very user friendly, the only drawback is only being able to load 5 products at a time so if you have more than that you have to delete and reload but this isn't a huge deal. The positive feedback for the game features is a very nice touch not only praise for correct answers, but hints to encourage success and promote self esteem instead of "no, that's wrong" or some other negative statement like many toys. Would highly recommend this product for both fun and education.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for LeapFrog® Tag Reading System (16 MB)
All of the positive statements found in the many positive reviews on the Tag Reader are true--when the device works. Unfortunately, the LeapFrog Connect Software suffers from serious problems that makes the overall package unacceptable. Installing new books and updating the device with new software is essentially a crap shoot that can render the device unusable, because your computer can no longer put new books on it. This appears to happen most frequently when a software update is available. The update appears to proceed just fine by erasing everything on the Tag and restarting it, but after that, LeapFrog Connect indicates that it could not update the Tag and proclaims "Error code 3." A check of LeapFrog's website suggests that you should install the Connect software on a DIFFERENT computer (even a friends computer they say) to solve this problem. Since we had already done this once before, our two computers already had the software installed. They also say you can try uninstalling the Connect application and reinstalling it on the same computer, but that a new computer is more likely to fix the problem! We tried that and it didn't work (as they predict). The real responsibility for fixing this problem is with LeapFrog Connect's programmers! Until they address this issue, I cannot recommend the product, despite the fact that when it works it is really quite good.Friday, August 15, 2014
Discount Boikido Wooden Tambourine
This toy is adorable and very well-made. When our 11-month old baby will play with it for short times, it's a perfect tambourine for her because it's easy for her to rattle it and make a lot of noise, and it's sturdy enough for her to chew on it and throw it around. Granted, her attention span is short, so she doesn't tend to play with it long.

Discount Velleman MK111 INTERVAL TIMER
Besides the $9.00 shipping charge for 3 items. The package cost $2.92 postage. I think the extra $6 was the catalog that came with it.
Little confusion on my part, I thought it came pre-assembled, and you had to solder the connections(wires) on.(Picture is what confused me)
ASSEMBLY REQUIRED, it requires soldering.
Instructions are literally inside the package(cardboard folds open). They are clear, and very user friendly.
I'll try to add some pictures of the packaging.
The questions asked for my rating wanted my opinion of this TOY.
However, it is not a toy, but a serious electronic device
designed to turn things on and off electronically.
It does exactly what it was supposed to do. It was fairly
easy to assemble with just a soldering iron and some nippers.

Educational Insights Hot Dots Standards-Based Math - Gr 5 (2504) Reviews
I am a fifth grade teacher that has been setting up math workstations in the classroom. I purchased this set along with six pens and the word problems set for one of my stations. The cards are mostly aligned with Common Core, include visuals, and cover most of the topics I have to cover in fifth grade. I love that the students can self-check themselves with the additional pens purchased (they talk back letting students know if they got them right or not)! The students have been begging for them, hoping they are in that station that day. On Fridays when I let them choose they are all asking to get Hot Dots. Thanks so much for making my life easier!!!

Review of Schecter PT Fastback Electric Guitar, 3-Tone Sunburst
Customer Ratings:
List Price: $779.00
Sale Price: $549.00
Today's Bonus: 30% Off

I have waited a while to write this review. It's been about ten months since my purchase of this guitar. I have taken a while to get comfortable and understand it. I have a lot of experience with this axe, so here is my analysis
Action:
I will leave the best for last. This guitar has a smooth, narrow neck. The frets can be a little bit harsh while you're sliding. This is DEFINITELY not the best guitar for any kind of shredding or complex fretwork. On the comfort scale, I would probably give fretting a 3/5, but this is easily justified by the price.
Quality:
This guitar is made in Korea, like all other Schecter Diamond Series. That said, this guitar is very solid, and has quite a bit of weight to it. This is not a common trait for Schecter Diamond Series. I personally love the weight distribution. I don't ever play sitting down, so I wouldn't be able to tell you if it balances on my knee, but it feels good while its on a strap. The body is made of alder, and the sunburst looks awesome. This guitar does the tele body style justice, and I prefer this style of pick-guard over that of a genuine Fender. The grover tuners have never failed me, and are very precise. The bridge saddles are very nice. They are very close to the ones on a Fender strat/tele. As a result of that, they are very easy to adjust.
Tone:
Perfect. The coil splitting and three way switch immediately expand the already great sound of the pickups. I bought mine used, and it had a Duncan Designed mini-humbucker in the neck, and an aftermarket Seymour Duncan humbucker (not sure of the model) in the bridge. I don't believe that this is the standard configuration, in fact it might be closer to the Pete Dee pickup configuration. I am particularly impressed with the mini humbucker. If I switch to the neck pickup, I get a deep woody tone that resonates beautifully. Even without any effect, I am able to find a really neat sound that fits in a pocket. If you throw a coat of gloss on top of that (delay, verb, light chorus, a low gain overdrive, etc), you will be golden.
My overall review of this guitar is a 5/5. This guitar may not be perfect, but nothing is. Most of Schecters guitars cost about this much, but most of them are unbearable (unless you are a metalhead or hardcore fan(I'm not)). For the money, this is easily the best guitar you can get. Its extremely classy for a Schecter, and I am proud to own it. If this were stolen or broken beyond repair, I would definitely promptly buy it all over again. I would probably get one with a maple fretboard though.
There you have it, hope this was helpful.
I also own a MIM Telecaster Deluxe and it's a toss-up to say which one is better, though I paid almost twice as much for the Fender. The pickups are much, much brighter and more versatile in the PT Fastback, but I'd say the neck on the Fender is one of the best necks in existence. So if you can catch this PT on sale it's an insane value for the money. Just a really, really well made guitar with zero flaws that I can find. It's nice and heavy, has really good tone and plays really well.
Another thing my first order for this guitar resulted in me getting one with a maple fretboard, which is fine, but not what I wanted. There was a very similar item page for both versions, both showing pictures of a sunburst with a rosewood fretboard. Long story short, the one on this page (rosewood) says "MOP Block Inlay" and the one on the maple fretboard page only says "Block Inlay." Be careful and make sure you're getting the right one.

I recently ordered this guitar from Amazon and I've really been blown away by how well made this Schecter is. Not only is it great looking with an awesome sunburst finish, double body binding and mother of pearl blocks on the neck, but the action was almost perfect out of the box. The nut is Graphtec and the tuners are exactly what I would've used if I'd built this guitar from the ground up. Honestly, the only thing I don't love hardware-wise is the bridge, but I'm planning on putting in a Bigsby anyway.I also own a MIM Telecaster Deluxe and it's a toss-up to say which one is better, though I paid almost twice as much for the Fender. Buy Hasbro Tonka Tumble Tower
This doesn't tumble smoothly down, there are some definate design flaws, but for some reason I've caught my 3 1/2 year old daughter playing with it more than other toys which is surprising because I thought it would have been a little young for her, but for that reason alone it was worth the 7.99 paid.. Anything to make the kids smile!
