I bought this for my daughter and my dog boomer. It turned out that boomer loves more than my daughter. Who knew?

For the price, I think the item is awesome. It is amazing how it works. I surely taught my daughter how solar energy works. I also learned that solar power is stronger than I thought before.

I have been using it for a while now and it has been working great. I think the quality of the item is great.

I am buying 5 more to make a crazy town of grasshoppers. It will be fun seeing multiple grasshoppers shaking.

My daughter is a fairly normal three year old but chews on everything. A speech teacher recommended these and my daughter loves it. Whenever I would catch her chewing on something she shouldn't I would remind her that she needed to chew on that instead and she would chew for a while and then go on doing other things. Worked great. I wish I had gotten it for her earlier.

I've used these with my autistic son for years with great success. The ones I ordered in 11/2012 are about 1/2" shorter than the previous ones I've ordered. This is a bigger deal than you might think with an autistic kid who is used to things 'fitting' a certain way in his mouth. They're still great chewy tubes. Now to convince my son. Sadly, this is another example of getting less for the same price (seen in products all over!).

Chewy tubes are great for my son. Keeps his hands out of his mouth and strengthens his jaw. If you're having a hard time leaving behind a pacifier, chewy tubes are a great transition.

The Chewy Tubes are excellent for toddlers during teething. They are durable and can reach the back of my child's mouth where his molars are coming in. I work in child care and we have these at work for the children and they all love them and they work great. That is why I bought them for my toddler. I would definitely recommend them. They are a little pricy to use as teethers, but worth it because they are durable and long lasting.

I think this product is great. My 6 year old is in a Spanish dual language program and loves to use mini letters to spell words etc. The only thing that was disappointing was the lack of the double rr. All of the other double letters were included, so I can't figure out why the double rr was missing. If that had been included, I would have given it 5 stars all the way down.

I had been looking for something similar to Montessori's moveable alphabet, but less expensive. This turned out perfect, especially because it has the Spanish Alphabet letters! We are teaching our daughter to read spanish so i have to say this has been a wonderful alternative to the Moveable alphabet. Same principle for less money!

My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be a different packaging. It'd be great to have a box with individual spaces for the letters, to make it easier for the child to find the letters needed when doing spelling activities. We're making ours at home.

I bought this normally $17 item on sale for my pre-schooler's Spanish class, and the teacher loves them. Though I got a great deal I would definitely purchase them at full price. Same for the Spanish bean bags.

This awesome, brightly coloured playground is just fantastic for any doll family you may happen to have. It is well worth it. It does require very basic, easy assembly but I found the pieces didn't stay together too well, especially on the swing set, which I am thinking about gluing. Still, it's really great and very high quality overall.

The magnets are too weak. When used on an easel, some of the letters won't stay upright. The magnet pulls them around until they hang side-ways or upside down. Not pleased. Will sell them at our next garage sale for next to nothing. Note, the letters are also small. I knew this, but still was thinking they'd be bigger.

This is a great set, a really fantastic learning tool, but I found that we really needed two sets to make more than very simple words. So I would definitely recommend this, but would say, get two or three sets so your kids and use them to write whole sentences and really develop their language skills.

What is the Main Idea Super Fun Deck with Super Duper Secret Decoder it is designed for grades 3-8, and ages 8 & up. This game is designed to find the main idea in the story. The answers include supporting details and they have to find the MAIN IDEA. We stayed at level one on this game. My daughter would second guess herself on some of the answers. The main idea tends to be a little difficult for early readers and the nice part about this game is the passages are short so they are able to go back and reread the passage to help them find the answer.

I originally wasn't interested in a Leapfrog system because I thought that it was a "babysitter"--let the child play with it instead of reading to him or her. But I have found that my children use it not for reading, but rather for learning new vocabulary and concepts.

My only complaint is that it goes through batteries quickly.

Consider this as an alternative to an electronic keyboard toy. It's nearly impossible to find a musical toy that doesn't take batteries nowadays! This toy is true to key, has a bright tone, and is fun to play with. My 1-year-old niece loves to pound on it, and I'm hoping that she'll learn a little something about music from it as well. It appears to be well-constructed and a high quality piece of equipment.

I ordered this piano for my 1 year old daughter for christmas, and it is by far her favorite present. At first she was quite rough with the keys and I was worried it would get damaged but she quickly calmed down and plays much more delicately. Since she "opened" it she has been enamored and consistently crawls back to it to play a little song for me. I was concerned she was too young for this piano but I think it suits her quite well. Perfect size for a little one, and looks and feels sturdy and high quality. The only complaint I have is I THOUGHT i purchased the red piano with gold logo and mine showed up with a white logo... Really not a big deal for us though. I love this piano and like that it's not just a toy, it's educational too. All in all perfect for our little whites-stripes-loving, indie-rock-jamming little girl.

Yes, THE FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS PIANO!!!! That alone earns it 5 stars. I actually bought this for an adult friend who's a fan of the show, but she might have to fight my niece for it because she fell in love with it too when she saw it. I'm a huge believer in teaching music to children. This piano is a great size for a toddler (or adult) and seems to be very solidly constructed. Not 100% in tune, but very close considering it's a toy. I'd trust it to last several years, and will probably end up buying one for my niece next Christmas too. Haven't played the other model w/ fewer keys, but I think this model must be better.

I am a teacher, and wanted a nice parabolic mirror for demonstrations.

This one does great, and with sunlight can set dark colored paper on fire. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the shape is not that close to a perfect parabola, as the focal point is about the size of a quarter. So I imagine the actually shape is probably a catenary as those a much easier to make. My students loved roasting marshmallows on it (pumpkin ones... white ones reflect too much light!).

I need a parabolic dish for an experiment I am conducting. Instead of custom making a dish I purchased this one and I am proceeding to strip the mirror backing, a slow process. It is glass so i am sure it will break easily if dropped or damaged in any way.

This talking book comes with an interactive "magic pen" that works like a hand-held computer mouse pointer. Children can opt to turn the paper pages and listen to the story read with different voices for each character. Or they can interrupt the read-aloud session to play with the magic pen (permanently attached with a wire). They can point the pen tip to any word on a page and hear it pronounced, or touch a picture and hear a sound effect (such as "Strike one!" for the baseball bat). Very similar to the popular Living Books computer games, this 10-by-11-inch book is more portable than a home computer.

We received this as a gift, and because its card did not work in our LeapPad, I bought another one. It did not work either. Two duds. We have never had this problem with any other LeapPad book, so I can only assume there is something terribly wrong with the production of the Madagascar software and would not recommend it to anyone.
