Ordered these for my autistic son. He's very hard on chewies, using them constantly at times. These blue ones are the most durable I've found.

My daughter is a fairly normal three year old but chews on everything. A speech teacher recommended these and my daughter loves it. Whenever I would catch her chewing on something she shouldn't I would remind her that she needed to chew on that instead and she would chew for a while and then go on doing other things. Worked great. I wish I had gotten it for her earlier.

I've used these with my autistic son for years with great success. The ones I ordered in 11/2012 are about 1/2" shorter than the previous ones I've ordered. This is a bigger deal than you might think with an autistic kid who is used to things 'fitting' a certain way in his mouth. They're still great chewy tubes. Now to convince my son. Sadly, this is another example of getting less for the same price (seen in products all over!).

Chewy tubes are great for my son. Keeps his hands out of his mouth and strengthens his jaw. If you're having a hard time leaving behind a pacifier, chewy tubes are a great transition.

The Chewy Tubes are excellent for toddlers during teething. They are durable and can reach the back of my child's mouth where his molars are coming in. I work in child care and we have these at work for the children and they all love them and they work great. That is why I bought them for my toddler. I would definitely recommend them. They are a little pricy to use as teethers, but worth it because they are durable and long lasting.
