Buy Learning Resources Crocodile Hop

Customer Ratings:

We have had so much fun playing the Crocodile Hop Floor Game! My boys love the blow up dice and trying to hunt for the color or shape on the board. I love that it gets their wiggles out and teaches them at the same time! The shapes and colors are spaced pretty close together so sometimes they would pass right over the closest shape/color they were looking for and move right down the line to the first one their eyes saw. Still, it didn't seem to bother either of them and it made the games go quickly so we could play several times in a row without getting worn out. The game stores well as the dice are inflatable so it doesn't take up a ton of storage space which is nice. Overall a cute and fun game that reminds me somewhat of hopscotch.

*Disclosure: I was given the game for free to review on my website, A Mom's Take.

My little boy loved this game so much I thought it was so cute that my little girl played with him but then again she is only seven so the game to here looked really fun. Conner had so much fun tossing the dice and the fact that is was so big made it much easier to roll and play with. The graphics on the mat are really nice and has really nice detailing to it. This game is just so easy to set up and play and just as easy to put away back into the box. It is so funny when he is playing he will want to roll a certain thing and he will keep repeating it and if he gets it, he is so excited and he will jump up and down. With my little boy only being four he loves to play games but the problem is he does not want to just sit and sit and he don't really understand the rules unless it is differently just for his age. Plus, he is at the age where he really wants to interact in the game and with him loving to learn this game is really want we have been looking for.

The picture made us think of Twister a big plastic mat that we would be walking and standing on. Few of the instructions actually have you walking on the mat. More, the mat is supposed to be used as a game board with pieces you move along. Nonetheless, we have made activities for us to walk on the mat and my 3 year old has enjoyed it.

Reviews of Vtech InnoTab 2 Rechargeable Battery Kit

Customer Ratings:

I bought the Inno Tab 2 on an impulse without reviewing it and just assumed I could get something to plug it and charge it..wrong..so I bought these batteries and they last several days before I have to recharge. Regular AA batteries last just a couple hours in this item. So I am so glad to have found this. And the seller was great and shipped quickly.

I ordered these for my 2 boys since they seemed to be going through batteries like crazy! I would have given them a higher score if they would charge correctly! They last pretty good while in use but when I go to charge them the red blinking lights are soposed to stop blinking and turn green when they are done charging....which the instructions says in 8 hours. Well the first time i charged them it did what it was soposed to do but ever since then the red lights never stop blinking.....I even left them plugged in all night once! I don't like that because I worry that they arent charged fully. I have just started considering them charged after 8 hours.

My son turned 3 two weeks ago and just received this game cartridge tonight. I was amazed to see him finding the letters in the cave game. I couldn't believe how good he got at recognizing the letters and then finding them on the keypad. Of all the cartridges I've seen so far, this is hands-down the best. The letter game is incredibly education, while the bowling game is a blast for little ones, and the memory game is obviously working those little brains. We haven't checked out all of the other games on this cartridge yet, but I'm thrilled that we bought it. In fact, I have been a little unsure about the mobigo purchase--watching him play this game tonight, though, made me feel like it was definitely money well spent.

Best Fisher Price Lazy Town Music Transporter Deals

Customer Ratings:

I know this toy is rated for children 3-yr+ but since my 20-mo old son really loves lazy town show, I though this item would be a great present for him, and I wasn't wrong, he absolutely loved it! It's a great way to keep him singing and dancing and of course having a fun time, especially when Stephanie sings "There's always a way", he can be at any place and as soon as he listened it he comes to sing and dance.

I bought 2 pieces because I know that when he loves a toy he plays and plays and plays with it until it got damaged, and it happened, he was pressing buttons to many times to listen the songs and sometimes pressed 2 buttons at same time that finally the toy was failing (not all times), and when he realized the toy was damaged he started crying in a way that I got my heart broken, his face expressed so many sadness that I explained him that sometimes it can happen, but "there's always a way" and immediately I searched for the 2nd piece, you can imagine the bright on his eyes when he realized he has another one working perfectly well.

Definitely, it's a great toy if you want your children singing and dancing all the time.

LEGO Education DUPLO Town Set 779230 (223 Pieces) Reviews

Customer Ratings:

This set comes with everything a kid needs to build a town, and lots of other imaginary fun things. Great Duplo quality we all grew up with as kids and absolutely worth the money.

The only "con" was packaging. When the box arrived it had 17 small see through bags each bag contained a few Duplo pieces in it. Additionally, there were several pieces which didn't even have a bag (the pieces were just floating around in the box). So, if this is a gift, you'll need to come up with your own fun packaging because it is not presentable as it is. Also, the box is labeled with "Lego" and "Duplo" on the outside, so when it arrives older kids will know what it is if they open the door.

Kids loved the Duplo Town Set (actually our second). Only complaint, you really need two sets to have enough blocks and things to build actual stuff the kids want to build. Otherwise, excellent product.

i knew this set came with a lot of pieces. i just didn't know how much until it arrived. it's a huge set! i can't wait for my son to open this on christmas day. the only downfall, as another reviewer mentioned, is the box it comes in. it's the shipping box! it has lego and a sticker on the side to let you know what's in it. which could be bad if your child sees it before being wrapped. my box arrived damaged. i can't wrap it, so i will have to switch boxes. not a big deal but a hassle and not very pretty for a gift. i assume the kids would care less anywhow. it's a great "starter" set to the fun sets like the farm etc. and worth the price!

Lego products have been a staple of the children in my family for three generations. Every time we give legos or duplos, the response is always the excitement we expect.

We learnt to love Lego blocks when we visited Legoland in Florida last year and became totally addicted.

The more, the merrier, and as it come in many shapes and sizes, it's a toy to play with for hours, including the parents, without becoming bored...this set has a lot of blocks, so you can build a lot too.

Best Spaghetti Legs Table Deals

Customer Ratings:

I purchased this table for my Grand Daughters for Christmas. They were amused at first! One is 15 months old and the other is 4 years old. The four year old isn't interested at all. She likes her hand held games. The younger one does play with it a few times a week. Would recommend it for a doctors office or preschool. It has lots of maze like wires and beads. But, really only used occasionally.

My son is 7 months old and absolutely loves this toy. It has really helped encourage his crawling. He loves the sound it makes and he likes to bang it on the wood floors. It seems to be durable and well made and the perfect size for his little hands. I highly recommend it.

Best Deals for PlanToys Plan Preschool Clapping Roller Baby

I enjoy playing with this with my 8 month old and my 2 year old. It makes a nice clapping noise when rolled. The only thing I could say negative about it is that I noticed that the string holding the clapping pieces has stretched out a bit, but the toy still works fine. I just hope that it doesn't stretch out too much over several years of use (I plan on keeping these toys for the grand kids).

Honest reviews on PlanToys Plan Preschool Clapping Roller Baby

I love this toy. As usual, the wood feels nice and smooth, and it makes a great clackety-sound. The quality is great. I would give it high stars if I had bought it for myself. But my 10-month old will pick it up, put it in her mouth, wave it around for a brief period, and then drop it and move onto other things. Hopefully she will grow to like it more because it is a great toy.

This simple toy is well made and makes a nice clapping sound when rolled or shaken. (Hooray for toys that don't make irritating noises!) While the roller has never kept my baby occupied for too long, it does produce some sweet smiles as it rolls along and claps. Anything that makes my baby happy and smiley, along with being responsible and safe, gets five stars from Mommy!

We have several items made by Plan Toys and they have mostly been big hits.

The product came packaged very nicely. It gave you the feel of quality. Unfortunately there were no instructions given on how to assemble the few parts that needed assembly, but I was able to do it by looking at some pictures of an assembled unit. The game is simple to play and very addictive. My wife already wants to take it to a party with us. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a simple but fun and addictive game.

Best Deals for Table Skittles - Devil Among the Tailors - Jaques London

I have had this game for years and was very happy to be able to find a good quality wooden one. The post is a little unstable, but so far it has lasted. The game is well made. I work with students from Kindergarten to Grade 8, and this is one of the all-time favorites for all ages. They simply love it and most ask where they can get one. The price might seem like a lot (I think I may have paid more when I bought mine directly from Jacques years ago), but when I see the games that sell for $20 or more and are just plastic junk, I cannot complain about the price.

Honest reviews on Table Skittles - Devil Among the Tailors - Jaques London

This is a fun game for all ages. Hard to find in the United States. I do not think it is worth $99.00 though. The pole the ball and chain hang from seems to be a little unstable. I thought the wood and base would be heavier and more sturdy. Too bad more companies in the U.S. do not make this and distribute it.

This book has some really fun games for preschoolers. My 3-year old LOVES them! The only thing I don't like is that they have to be trimmed on the top, bottom and inside edges in order to make them match up correctly when you paste them to the file folder. Other than that, it is a wonderful home school resource!

Puff, The Magic Dragon - Blanket Puppet Friend Review

Customer Ratings:

Vey cute and soft and I'm sure my nephew will love it, but it's wash cloth sized, not blanket sized.

Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

As another reviewer pointed out, this item is not blanket size in any way. It is truly wash cloth size, with 7.5" side to side square. The 14x11 given dimensions is from front corner to tip of the tail and side corner to corner IF stretching the material. Is it cute? Yes, it is, but more like $5-7 cute, not $15 cute. Labeling this item as a Blanket Puppet friend is a dupe, and should be classified as false advertisement, especially with the very misleading dimensions provided. Wouldn't not recommend due to the price at all.

I bought this game for my 5-year old who is entering 1st grade in the fall. She's a fine reader but not the best at spelling, which is why I got this game for her. The game is a great way to sneak in some spelling practice and she loves the characters and the little songs that accompany each of the games. I often catch her at odd moments singing the tunes. I bought all these games for my 4 year old grandson. He loves them and is learning with out realizing it. I started him on the earlier Leap Frog DVD's Talking Words Factory, Math Circus etc when he was two. These games were just the next step up. He is in the head of his class at pre school and certainly will be ready for kindergarden. You can't go wrong with these games.

Heavy nice wood Bird House with heavy duty chain to hang it up. Not enough paint and the brush was cheap. I used my own outdoor paints and my own brush.

I took another readers word for it and bought..red box 4 color paint set..smart move..as the brushes that come with this kit are awful..and there os no where near enough paint

OH by the way all 4 of my houses have birds in them nesting.

My grandmother wanted bird houses to hang on an old tall stup she has in her back yard. Found this one online and thought what a great gift to have my 3 year old son to paint one for his great grandmother. With a little help from his daddy it turned out great. My son was so proud off his work. Just wish it had a bit more paint with it.

My brother got these and I did them with my two nieces, 4 & 6. They are very mature and creative kids. Houses turned out nice, but there isn't enough paint to cover the entire house more for painting flowers or hearts, and leaving the wood as wood color. Would have liked to have more paint. In the future, will do again, but buy more acrylics and in more colors, though the girls loved mixing to create their own greens and purples.
