First, the bag. It is a higher quality than others I've seen and there is enough room. You don't have to have a degree in packaging to put things back. (It could use a side pocket to hold "lung" etc.)
The manikins are easier to set up and clean than most.
AED pads can be used with no concern.
Chest rise is far more visible and realistic.
The head *must* be tilted to allow air flow. Some claim this but it does not work out that way.
I think the lights are far better than a metronome for getting the feel of what is needed.
Finally, the feel you get when doing compressions is far closer to reality then you get with an all foam manikin.
Rumor has it that they will be producing an infant manikin in the near future. Worth waiting for.

Prestan manikins really are easy to use, and for their clean up, 30 sec. is enough, since you only need to change lungs. Students just love the light and the clicking sound! The manikins are easy for compressions: they don't hurt student's hands. I was very pleased witht the manikin purchase as I used them in my last training classes. I liked the lights that showed the trainees when they were keeping pace or when they were falling below the pace needed to sustain life. These manikins are amazing with the depth noises and light monitors! I can honestly say students have told me they feel sooo much better trained when trained on these manikins!My problem with the manikins is that the tab on them hold them closed, gets stretched easily! Otherwise, they'd be perfect!!!
