I purchased this for my 3-year-old grandson. He loved it but, I found that when he wanted to play with a child, rather than a stuffed toy, the blood pressure cuff was too small to even go around a person's wrist.

Also, the bulb keeps coming off the tube that connects to the cuff. Other than than that, its a good kit for a young child.

Excellent toy stethescope works, BP cuff is a little small if your child is large, items are easy to identify for a young "doctor", and it even has a name tag for them to write their name on and wear.

My kids had played with some doctor toys over at a friends house, so I decided to put this on their wishlist for their birthday. Someone got it for them and they were really excited when they saw it. Unfortunately they did not play with it for long. All the items were so flimsy. I wished the stethoscope was better. I read reviews on other toy stethoscope that would let you actually hear a faint heartbeat, or even ones that had a fake heart beat sound. This one does nothing, and it really does hurt the ears. I tried it myself, given my head is bigger, but the plastic just pokes me. The blood pressure band barely even fits around their wrist. They cant even put it on without my help because it's so tight. They like to squeeze the pump, but without it attached to their wrists. And the head fell off of the ear-scope. I wanted to get them interested in the medical field. I even got them the Operation game. Now I will order a real stethoscope I saw on amazon for under $10 so they can actually have one that works, because they like to listen to my heartbeat and have me listen to theirs. Maybe I'll slowly purchase them a whole kit of the real stuff. This kit itself is a waste of money. On a positive note, the carrying case is a good size and sturdy.

My grandchildren complain that the the stethoscope is too tight in their ears. They are disappointed with the kit because of that. They have a different kit at their house, and the stethoscope is comfortable. All the other items in the kit are fine, but to the children, the stethoscope is an important part of the kit, and they are not happy with it.
