This is a pretty good value, but there are a few minor problems. First, the stage is so low that if you focus on a flat specimen, you end up bumping your nose or lip into the upright arm. It's about 1cm too tall. If you're using it mainly for the camera, this is no problem.
Second, the USB camera magnifies the image significantly higher than what you see through the eyepiece. This makes for interesting pictures, but if you're trying to capture what you see at 20x or 40x, you will not be able to use this camera. It's pretty easy to use, though.
The last issue is minor: the light gets very hot. Don't touch it.

I really like this scope and it is excellent for my uses involving mostly aquatic micro-invertebrate i.d. If there is a way to adjust the angle of the overhead stage light, I'd like to know about it because that would be most convenient but I usually use a peripheral light to supplement so not a big deal. Unfortunately, I still have not used the photo accessory so cannot comment on picture quality.
