I picked up a pair of these because I was traveling to a shamanism workshop out of state. I needed to bring rhythm instruments that wouldn't take up much room in my suitcase. These are small enough to pack easily, and they suited my needs just fine. The rattles seem well made and produce a nice sound. The handles are perfect for smaller hands.

I ordered these because of the last reviewer's ordering them for a shamanism workshop. My other rattles are larger--or not skin. These are small and have a nice sound. This is perfect for travel, or for every day use so I can journey without traumatizing the cats with the drum....
