These are so wonderful for helping your child VISUALIZE what you're trying to teach them. We are using Cuisenaire rods for math lessons and I wanted to order these to help my children SEE what 100 looked like compared to 10 & even 3. They all love building towers with the 100 flats and using the single cuisenaire rods as the pillars/legs. Very pleased with the make of these, their durability, and their true to color.

Base 10 blocks are fundamental for children learning about the base 10 numeration system and arithmetic. No elementary teacher should be without them. This set is well made and should last. If you don't have any base 10 blocks already, you may want to consider a set with all of the components instead. These are just the flats that represent 100s. For me this was an add-on to blocks I already had.
