This was the only laptop I found that was more advanced than the three-button-baby-variety but not so advanced as the receives-real-email-preschool-variety. My 17 month old son is still too young to play the educational games, but the features he enjoys are all the buttons/switches, a "touch-mouse pad," and the songs. It seems pretty durable because he's forced the "monitor" pass the 90 degree point (ie, extended it so that it was flat), but it's not broken and can still stay open at the normal position. It's a bilingual machine and has two settings for volume. I hope that my son will continue to enjoy this toy for months/?years to come.
