I got this calendar for homeschooling my preschooler and love it. It was missing day #26, so I called Apex suppliers about it, and after a few weeks, they reshipped me a brand new one! I was able to give the first one away to a friend who just "wrote in" the missing date on another piece of the extra 'white board' type material/pieces they give you. Was also glad to see that the Year pieces extended out to 2013. What they don't tell you is that there are two fabric loops at the top, so you'll need to buy your own dowl rod or curtain rod for hanging it up.Wednesday, April 2, 2014
Get Ready Kids Classroom Calendar Reviews
I searched high and low for a calendar to use at home to teach my preschooler (age 3) the days of the week etc. There are pin-up sets, felt sets and pocket calendars. This one was the closest to what I was looking for, which was, something that didn't require a bulletin board and pins, something that was big enough and included events. The only downside of this calendar is that you cannot put the event inside the calendar grid, they go on the side (e.g. gymnastics on Wednesdays), but I may add some of my own velcro dots to add events. The pockets are great for storing all the small parts so they do not get lost and the pieces included are good quality, clear and colourful.
