I bought these for my 4 yr old insect-loving grandson and he loves them! They are great for matching, memory, visual details. Through books and online sites, we are starting to find the names of each insect and printing the name on each picture card. Too bad the inventor of these cards didn't do this as it would add to the learning element.
In spite of this, definitely buy them for any insect lover over 3 yrs old.
