My three grand kids love these! One likes to practice Chinese calligraphy. He's only 7, so if that interests him we try to accomodate his interests. This pink one happens to be for his little sister.

My daughters purchased this when they were in middle school. They enjoyed it for a little while and then were done. My nieces (5yrs) seem to enjoy it much more and don't tire of it.

I bought these for my neices; however you can find them at about the same price at Barnes & Noble (who is notorious for jacking up the prices). They may even be cheaper and obviously you get them faster.

My neices are about the same age and both loved these. They liked to watch the pictures disappear .. fun gift and different!
