Apparently there was a wrong photo listed for this item when I ordered 2 of them a few weeks ago. Because of a gift giving/timing issue, I didn't have time for a return and just gave the gifts anyway. My feedback did reflect that I didn't receive the items pictured. Today I received a phone call from the company saying how sorry they are and that the problem with the wrong photo has been corrected. The caller said their company strives for excellent customer service and they would be fully refunding my purchase price. Wow!!! That was an "out of the blue" surprise & truly excellent customer service. Mistakes happen and when a seller goes out of their way to make it right, I say, "Hooray and gladly offer my sincere thanks." Amazing job in correcting an error and kudos for a job well done. Thank you!
