I was getting a gift for my 2 year old nephew and accidently typed in the wrong address. After watching the shipment be sent to Seattle and then back to California I franticly sent an SOS message to customer service. They didn't even skip and beat and said when they received it back; they would fix the address and resend it for FREE! Who even says the word free anymore?!?!
Customer service is HUGE in my book and I suggest it be for you too!
