Magic rocks are classic in my opinion. My kids had a blast with them as children and now I buy them for my grandchildren. I was really happy to find that they were still around. We just use an old pickle jar or whatever and have fun adding new ones every day.

I bought it for my 7 year old granddaughter. They worked, but they are much smaller than one would think. They are exactly the same product that was sold when I was about 7 years old! She enjoyed watching the "rocks" grow.

This is pretty much exactly as advertised. The "magic solution" is a little worrisome, so I had to do all that part myself. But she really liked watching the crytals grow and it's easy to do!
