We bought this toy for our son and he LOVEs it. He is a big fan of all things dinosaur, so being able to explore how they are put together was a real joy for him.

Bought this for my 3 year old son who is going through the dinosaur phase. He has a blast taking the T. Rex apart but does need some help putting it back together. The T. Rex comes with squishy organs skewered on the intestinal tract (I think) once my son figured out that you can slip them of he got the organs covered in dirt and hair and anything else on the floor. We've had to wash the little rubber pieces a couple of times. The dinosaur also comes with a brief book full of dinosaur facts for grownups to read to little kids. My one gripe about the T. Rex was the packaging. the box was crushed on one corner and ripped at the other. Fortunately everything was intact and nothing was missing, but it looked like T. Rex himself was trying to chew his way out. My son currently has T. Rex on display on his bookshelf (minus the guts, those are hidden away in our dresser for now).

My son, who is 5, saw this at the store and couldn't stop talking about it. Every day, for weeks, he would ask if he could have a squishy rex, so I finally gave in. From the second the package arrived, he hasn't let it out of his sight. The directions have pictures and written instructions, so he was easily able to put Rex together. I am also looking to get the squishy human body or brain for him for Christmas.

Just open this today for my 6 year old son. He loves it and we put it together and took it apart and put it together....you get the point. I really like the stand that comes with it so you can assemble the t-rex and it can stand up and look fierce. The supplemental materials in the box are easy to read and provided additional learning for my son.
