I used this to get off some annoying afternoon eating habits that I suspected to just fulfill the need to chew something more substantial than gum. I'm a healthy adult and can chomp on this all I want without making a dent (unless I do my best to pinch little chips off with my canines, that would probably work if I really put myself to the task on a rainy day). Chocolate flavor is very muted and can't really taste it after a while, which is obviously a bit of a pity. Works well though.

I have had this item for over a month and it still smells like chocolate. It has held up very well for one a my clients, who is a frequent chewer.
