This one isn't. The latitude lines from neighbouring segments as well as the longitude lines between northern and southern hemisphere are not aligned on many spots.
Some of these affixed segments are a little bit creased as well.
The overall design of the globe with its stand is very nice though.

Very beautiful globe; great in the living room. Mixes well with our arts and crafts mission style furniture.Pricey but worth it, a real conversation piece.
