As a mother of two little children (5 and 2), I totally recommend Twisterz Toys not just because they are great educational toys, but because I understand the value of giving something to your chidlren that will allow them to be creative, challenge their mind and at the same time provide entertainment! Using Twisterz Toys I have kept my oldest daughter entertained and engaged in a fun and educational actitity while waiting at the dentist/doctor's office and in long holiday weekend rides. My oldest daughter especially likes the alphabet matcher and the story starter!

Thank goodness people still make toys like this! -appealing, stimulating, and endlessly entertaining for my niece and nephew -without exposing their precious, vulnerable and rapidly growing brains to electromagnetic radiation. I wish there were more toys like this that are designed to aid their intellectual development and eye-hand coordination without entrancing them in front of some screen already!

When I purchased the Twisterz (in the brick & mortar Barnes & Noble) I expected 4 cylinders with rings that stay one them permanently. Instead there is only 1 cylinder with four sets of interchangeable rings and no bag or box to store them in. At my house, pieces like the picture and letter rings would end up separated and useless in the bottom of the toy box unless I constantly monitor the use of the toy to ensure all the pieces were always returned to the designated bag or box when my son is done using them. I can't attest as to how much fun the toy is as I put it back in the box to return it immediately without letting my son play with it. That said, as a former kindergarten teacher I really like the concept of the toy to teach initial letter sounds. If the box had indeed contained 4 complete cylinders I think it would be great.

Purchased for a 3 year old...great toy for kids beginning to identify first letters in words...easy to use for a little kid...pictures are also intuitive...only suggestion would be to include a bag for all the pieces...no big deal given they easily fit in a large ziplock bag.

I wanted this to be a great learning toy for my kids, but it really does not keep their attention. Some of the pictures are confusing and therefore, my daughter can't identify which letter they start with on her own (which is the point of the product). There is also many pieces and no easy way to store them. So far, we have owned this toy for a year and my daughter has never pulled it out to play with it on her own. I would only recommend this product if you are homeschooling and looking for a different way to reinforce letter sounds.
