Reviews of OCCUPATIONS JINGO
I used this game with special education students in a self-contained classroom of twelve students. I first introduced a personality quiz related to students' vocational interests and this was followed by a homework assignment in which they interviewed family members about their vocational interests and employment history. The game provided a springboard for learning vocabulary and for discussion about different occupations. Students enjoyed playing the bingo part of the game and didn't even notice they were learning!
