This telescope is amazing we love everything about it. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in the stars or watching birds or ships out on the sea. My daughter received this for Christmas and loves it. We were able to hook it up to our camera's tripod, so we have a higher tripod and the smaller one as well to use.

Since dropping it, I haven't used it since. 1. Been entirely too busy. 2. This review reminds me that it is spring and it's warm enough to bust this baby out. Just have to be patient since I have no idea how to use a telescope. However, great product, wonderful price, and unless your kid is into astronomy at age 6, don't buy. My 6 year old isn't really into it yet. It comes with great resources, such as a website star tracker etc. and if your child likes our universe and wants to see a little closer, although now that I think about it, when we viewed the moon, it was mostly like looking at moldy white cheese. I must be missing something.
