This was such a disappointment, the keys wouldn't play at all. After picking it up, I realized something was lose inside. I opened it up to find that a bolt was lodged under the keyboard. Once I got it put back together each note played perfectly. I would recommend this product, but tighten all the bolts when it arrives.

This is not a real pianoit does sound kind of tinny. But my niece (14 months) loves banging on it, and there is no reason when she's older she couldn't plunk out mary had a little lamb on it too. Also looks adorable.
