My husband and I bought this, as well as a few other Plan Toy food items, for our daughters Camden Rose Kitchen Hearth. When you first get these, you will be surprised how small they are; at first my husband was afraid they would be a chocking hazard (it was for her 2nd birthday). But we gave it a try and we are so glad we did!! They are the PERFECT size for our daughters age/hands/size. We ended up returning/giving away the Melissa and Doug food items we bought and investing in more Plan Toys. Plan Toys are also the perfect size for the Camden Rose Kitchen Hearth, fits perfectly in the hutch shelves! Where as with the Melissa and Doug items, most had to be put inside the "pantry" or in a basket on the floor (the birthday cake, pizza, etc). I wish I had bought two of these, so she could have a second for a friend or when her cousin comes to play!

These sets are great for both boys and girls. My grandkids love these. They are very realistic and so much better than the plastic ones. Won't go wrong buying these products.
