I am a teacher and this is my favorite teaching tool! The letters are a good size and quality magnets keep them on the board. All of the vowels are red which helps students distinguish them. I have used these every day for almost a year and they have yet to show any wear. You can't go wrong with these!

The magnetic letters are sturdy and the magnetic backs are strong and stick well. (I use a dollar store cookie sheet for each child.) The letters are shaped as primary kids are taught to write. My only complaints are that the lid for the container does not fit tightly so spills are common, and we need more letters, particulary the vowels. I would have gladly paid more for a larger set. I guess I should just buy more sets, but that doesn't really solve the problem.. Otherwise it's a great product!
