I love Tarepanda, and was eagerly awaiting this pillow bought from Funky Kawaii. It seemed to take longer that I thought, though I did pick the standard shipping. It just seemed like it sat at the post office in Cali (I told you I was eager to get it so I kept tracking the package) for a long time, plus it was a holiday weekend. Tarepanda arrived with a dirt smudge on the face. Also, the right side (if you're looking at him) of his face is smushed. Whereas the left side is plump and looks like a face, the right side is just flat. And I noticed some pilling of his spandex material (his entire body is made of this very soft spandex material, which is nice, but it pills quickly), as though he had gotten dirty, someone tried to wash and he was a little worn already. I used those Tide To Go Stain Eraser things on the dirt smudge (there was no washing necessary) and it did the trick. I then figured I could live with the right side side of his face being flat more than I wanted to wait to send him back and then have Funky Kawaii send me a new one, which may or may not have had the same problem. And as for the slight pilling, I figured it was going to happen eventually anyway. So, I decided not to return the item after all, and don't regret the decision yet. He's still very soft and very squishy. I love feeling the little beads inside of him. He's stuffed nicely—not too plump but not understuffed either. This pillow came in only a few days after I ordered it.Right when I opened it, my siblings wanted to have it for themselves. I would greatly recommend this to friends!
Its soft and durable and came clean in a bag inside the package.
