Works well enough. Did not work at first. At first I thought maybe not enough sun (late Dec 2012). I exercised the motor by applying a few volts from a power supply to get it to move. Motor worked OK. Reinserted motor in tracker and it worked fine, tracks the sun reliably. Actual dimensions are about 18" x 8". Instructions are kind of convoluted and hard to understand, but anyone with a little tech savvy should be able to figure it out.
