These colorful sticks are replacing the wooden rhythm sticks I have used in my classroom. The students can play beat and rhythm without the worry of splinters. The sound is not quite the same as wood but is fine for our purposes. They also looked cool from the audience on a recent program. Delivery was prompt.

Great rhyme sticks. Bright and colorful. Perfect for teaching rhythmic patterns and routines (PE, Dance, Music class). colored PVC pipe--not standard hardwood. Hold like claves long-wise from the side, and click together. They can also be blown in! Makes a nice solid sound like a polynesian shell horn blower.
