I found the quality and lay out of this Diary very good. Only concern it does not give any privacy at all. Even with the lock an entire page can be viewed. I try using a different lock no privacy. It defeats the purpose of having a lock. It is excellent if your top piority is not privacy.

my 9 year old grand daughter wanted a locking diary and this one was cute and fit the bill. now 6 months later she is still using it and the lock still works.
