I bought this for my baby who just turned 10 months. He loves watching it, but hasn't quite figured out how to push the button himself yet. I'm sure he'll get there when he's bigger. The bottom is curved so when he tries he winds up knocking it over instead. I don't think the button is at all difficult to push and once my baby is tall enough to comfortably reach the button I can't see how he would have any problems with it.
The balls at the top go in circles, and the balls at the bottom pop up and down. A simple toy, but pretty cute and fairly entertaining.

Works great but the push handle is too hard for my toddler to push down herself (now 18 months old and still can't do it).

I bought this toy for my 5 year old autistic son who found one (a red themed one) in the Center for Autism and fell in love with it. When my son was a baby, toys like this didn't catch his attention. He was always interested in dangerous things (shinny metal objects, tools, etc). He is just beginning to see the beauty in these toys and he is very attached to it. So far is not broken yet and I got it about 2 months ago.
