This is everything it's advertised to be! It's has multiple (adjustable) power supplies, lots of LEDs and swithces and even a built-in signal generator.

This is a very convenient, table-top friendly breadboard for testing your circuits with. It's very easy to breadboard circuits and test then with all the switches, LEDs, POTS and other hardware included in the kit.

If you are building circuits with POTS, switches, and maybe have a waveform generator hooked up than this system will save you a lot of time and space by integrating it all into one system. It works as advertised.

And if, like me, you've been in electronics for years and bread-boarded the hardware, stop wasting your time and get one. Real time saver. Just remember to get a bunch of pre-made jumpers to go with it.

This unit is mounted on a nice angled enclosed frame, which makes it easy to access the ample breadboard space and supporting features. I complement this with a PC-oscilloscope allowing me to set and monitor the built-in function generator. There are sliders to vary the frequency and amplitude of the output waveforms. Nice to have the dedicated +/-15V supplies for prototyping with op amps, diff amps, etc. Plenty of digital support as well with the debounced switches, LEDs, etc. The supplies are clean and sturdy. I like that this powered through an AC cord, not as portable, but no batteries to worry about and plenty of juice for the supplies. This is a college-grade piece of equipment, a big step up from typical Radio Shack trainers.
