I ordered this for our homeschool program and I am very pleased with this set. It includes a "lesson" book and includes the major organsand even includes a baby in utero! My kids are fasinated by it (ages 3,4,5). Some may say that this is a little in-depth for such small ages, but they have already learned (one day) what are the lungs and liver and where it goes in their bodies and they really learn! We'll be able to use these sets for a LONG time, and be able to go further in-depth. There are also several pieces that I have to ask my (future doctor) husband what they are (without me looking it up) and he is also pleased with the correctness. By the way, this is nearly life size.
