Drumming, and synchronized Drum Circles, are awesome for stress relief. Drumming also stimulates the release of happiness and well-being chemicals in the body, boosting the immune system.
After being trained as a stress management coach, I bought this kit (similar to the one used in my training course by my instructor) for family drum circle sessions, and we have a ball.
Though the smaller skin is a bit small and have to switch off using it, the effects of drumming are obvious to the whole family, and we have a great time. It's a great kit for a family, or for use in coaching.
