OK so I will admit I don't know much about telescopes, but i do know that we put it together and 1. the focusing thing is weird, 2. the sharpness of the view is really not good. I mean it is a cheap telescope, but I kind of expected a higher quality. This was definitely a cheap generic scope.

This was one of the Christmas gifts for my daughter. She loved the telescope. it took a while to focus and position in order to locate the stars and the moon but in the end came in sight. the only thing that is not very good is the tripod. aprienta not good and sometimes slips down and remains firm and not lose the image you just touch it. Otherwise it is excellent.
