I like many colors and uses. Student can grab and use what they need for different/various math activities. The container was smaller than I expected but in retrospect it is commiserate with the size of the cubes.

I loved the centimeter cubes the set of 1000, I have recieved it as I have expected it.

It is very light plastic cubes that suits for kindergarden kids. There are alot of Montessory learners to use this product for there

current and future studies.You can watch youtubes of kids of montessory to use this product for counting that could be put in containers or plate that has separated containers.

I recommend this product for teachers and parents who teach kids for counting numbers from 0 to 1000.

The package advertised ten colors, 1000 cubes. The intended purpose I had for these required ten colors. There were nine colors and only 900 cubes in the product when it arrived. I contacted the manufacturer and the representative told me I would need to take it up with Amazon (the reseller?). Short of returning the item at my expense, the best recourse was to select another product. I am sadly disappointed in Learning Resources' customer service.

There are multiple uses for centimeter cubes in teaching elementary mathematics and science. It is easy to model different shapes with them, They are useful in introducing counting proglems and various types of sequences. They can be used for numerical values in virtual balance scales leading to early algebraic comprehension activities, and the list goes on. As a secondary value, but an important one, it should fix firmly in the students' minds the approximate size of a centimeter.

I continue to find more uses for the centimeter cubes and am certainly glad that I found this set which was a particularly good buy!
