Youngest Grandson was 2 in November and we got him this, since he likes music so well. We had purchased one a few years ago for other Grandsons and it is really sturdy.This keyboard is just right for a 5 year old exploring music. There are enough options and keys to keep it interesting but not enough to overwhelm. Very happy with this item.
