The V Tech headphones we bought are great!!! I tried them out first to see if I could reach sound levels that could harm my daughter's ears. The sound level remained in the safe area even with a driving input.
They appear to be well built as my four year old hasn't been able to break them.
They are perfectly sized for kids.
Well done.

Just like many other reviewers, I am pleased with the product, but far from enthralled.
The headphones function well, but only in low noise situations. They don't get loud enough to compete with the noise level in public places (such as a noisy restaurant), which defeats some of the reasons we had for buying the headphones.
This is a double edged sword though. On a device where my 3 year old has control of the volume, I'm not sure I want him to have the opportunity to reach higher level volumes.
All in all, I got what I was expecting and will continue to use them till my son's head outgrows them.
If you found this review usefull, let me know. I try and review things as I would want others to review them, so tagging this as helpful lets me know I'm not wasting my time.

My two year old God daughter loves these headphones. She will sleep in them if we would allow it! They arrived in time for the holiday.

My grandson just loves these! He's three and just thinks he cool like the older ones.Since there is a limit on volume no need to worry about his hearing.

I got these for my 5 year old daughter as an accessory to her MobiGo2. I love that they're not super loud so they won't hurt her ears, and I love the mute button on the side so she can listen to me when I have to tell her something, but the holes on the head band are too big for the crown thing and it keeps falling off. Another issue, and my biggest complaint, is that the black earphone protectors fall off too easily and they are a pain in the behind to get them back on. If they can solve the protector issue, I'd definitely recommend; VTech is one of my favorite children brands.
