My five-year-old and eight-year-old grandsons love this template. Not only have they quickly learned to draw designs using plane figures, but they've also found out how to make solid figures. It gives me a great opportunity to teach them the names of the figures.

The plastic is thick enough that it is not easily broken.

This template has a very good variety of shapes that can be used to draw 2-D and 3-D figures. The best I've found!
