Bought for my children 8-13 and they love it. My wife and I do too). Very cool how it shows such detail on the 47" LCD TV we have it hooked to through the computer HDMI output. Can easily make videos or pics to send to family and friends or save for classroom projects.
I wish it had a light on the top side too so non-transparent objects could be better viewed (face of an insect). I'll buy one separately.
