Seriously, I know the title says it all, but this is THE.LOUDEST.TOY.EVER! We've had some toys that I thought were pretty loud, but I just slap some tape on their speakers and we're friends again, but this thing takes loud to a whole new level. There are two kinds of noises it makes:

1. You can push the red button on the side and it rattles around like a freakin jackhammer on your floor (I'll bet our downstairs neighbors LOVE us).

2. If you push the guy he says things like, "Let's ride!" or "Move that dirt!" or plays a pretty rocking tune. This you can actually mute on the bottom of the toy.

It is #1 that is the loudest thing ever. Why do they allow you the option to mute the guy he's the coolest part about this thing.

All this said my son LOVES this thing. He got it for his 1st birthday as a gift. (The people he got it from also have a baby. I'm plotting a loud toy for her 1st bday!). This had to be opened right away and he loves watching it move across the floor after it rattles. He'll also rock out to the music it plays. Would be a great toy for someone who doesn't have downstairs neighbors!

My 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter love this toy. They are so rough with it, but it keeps working. :) I discovered that it does not roll well on the rugs in his playroom, but works well on low rugs in the other rooms. FYI, the belts/tracks don't move; there are wheels underneath the bulldozer that make it go. It IS very noisy, but that's the nature of construction and small kids! I listed this toy as educational for preschoolers because it promotes creative play and engineering skills like building and choosing blocks and other items that can be bulldozed with it.

We bought this for my son after he had played with it at a friend's house. Our son is really rough with toys and this one provides hours of entertainment. He loves the sounds it makes and it shakes, vibrates and moves on it's own. He has definitely put it through the ringer and it is still going strong! I would recommend this toy to anyone who's son likes trucks and things that make lot's of noise :o)

Bought this for my construction truck loving 3 year old and he loves it. Also gave as a gift to my friends 2 year old-he loves it as well. But be warned...this toy shakes and makes A LOT of noise. Kids love, but you as a parent might not.

The noises are fun, but very little power behind it's movement and runs through the batteries pretty quickly. Keep looking.
