I bought this for my girls, ages 7 and 9, and we also brought it to our homeschool coop Classical Conversations for our mammal unit. For something so simple, it absolutely enthralled the kids. They wanted to look at these over and over. We held the pictures up to a big window and the effect was fantastic! Very high quality and beautiful, colorful photos. I highly recommend this product.

For educational value alone I give these 5 stars. I must have misread the page, because I was expecting smaller card sized images and what I got was full page pictures of animals, and I just can't wait to share them with my students on our light table!

Wonderful support to our unit on vertebrates. I used this in a center and the children really enjoyed seeing the different animals' endoskeletons. The pictures worked better holding them up to the lights on the ceiling rather than putting them on a lightbox.

Basically it's a picture on one side and an xray on the other. If you don't have a very bright LED light table (or similar kid-safe strong light source), you won't be able to see it very well. However, it will teach your kid about skeletons inside the body of many animals.

These are so neat! One side has the full animals and the other side has their skeleton. You hold it up to a light and can see through. My kids think they are just the coolest! We homeschool and have been studying animals in our science lessons. These have been a great addition.
