My daughter was given another one of the Haba clutching toys for Christmas and loves it so I bought this one thinking it could be a replacement for when the other one is dropped (or thrown) on the floor and is in the pile of toys to be cleaned. It is nice looking and so far seems to be well made (as are the other Haba toys we have) but the colored knobs are a little on the small side so it is a little difficult for her to fiddle with them. She does like to jingle the bell but loses interest in about 30 seconds...maybe when she is a little older she will like it more but for now the Haba Magica toy is the favorite.
For anyone who is a little compulsive about cleaning baby toys like I am, both our Haba toys have been in and out of soapy water probably 100 times by now and have held up very well to being repeatedly dropped on the floor and washed.

The bell in this toy is so soft that it is not rewarding for a baby who is shaking it. Also, the "knobs" around the perimeter are too large for my 6-month-old to grab in her little hands, even though the concept of the toy is developmentally appropriate for her age. This toy is nice quality, but for entertainment value it's a dud.

I bought this for my 9 month old and I absolutely love it. It's made of wood, non-toxic, great colors, and not super noisy. The bell is a nice jingle. The colored pieces all twirl. It's a lot smaller than I expected but that's good for little hands. Only problem is that my baby doesn't like it at all. He never plays with iteven if it's the only toy around!

Have purchased several Haba toys for my 2 grandsons. They are great toyslove the fact that they are made of wood. They are just the right size for their little hands..quality is great, colors are so bright, they seem to love them as much as I do!
