I have two chips in my winshields, one about 1/4 in another about 3/8 in with few cracking lines. The kit is easy to use and repairs the chip OK. You definitely can see the repaired mark. The small chip repaired fairly well, looks like a small bug smash after repair. I can't fill the cracking line in the large chip very well. After repair, the thin cracking line still visible while the surface is reasonable flat.
