I bought this for a child who is physically disabled and can't manage too many toys made for children her age. I think she will be able to use it to produce music. The sound produced is much nicer than less expensive musical instruments. Don't buy this though if you are in a hurry. It literally comes on a slow boat from China. Because of the situation I have it is perfect.
